#Roommates, there was obvious tension between #KattWilliams and radio host #WandaSmith following Katt’s interview on #V103’s “Frank and Wanda in the Morning,” but chile not only did the issue leave the station, things escalated Saturday night when Wanda’s husband reportedly pulled up on Katt.
The #GwinnettCountyPoliceDepartment reported that Katt and Wanda’s husband, #LamorrisSellers, got into a fight outside the #AtlantaComedyTheater in #Norcross, according to @11alive.
The two reportedly started arguing at the club about the interview when Katt told police Sellers pulled a gun on him and pointed it in his face. Katt and his security guard reportedly ran to a nearby Food Depot to meet with police.
Sellers told police that Katt had a verbal fight with his wife and that Katt indicated he wanted to fight, according to the police report. Police say Sellers approached Katt and chased him into the Food Depot, then turned back to the Atlanta Comedy Club.
While Sellers admitted to police that he had a gun and that it fell from his waistband while he was chasing Katt, he denied pointing it at anyone and that he only stopped to retrieve it.
Police say no independent witnesses came forward to talk with officers about what happened but police did say the surveillance video from the Food Depot cameras shows Sellers chasing Katt into the store. The video did not show Sellers holding a gun, police added.
Katt told police he did not wish to press charges but police said if the video surveillance shows any crimes, criminal charges could be filed.
Wanda reportedly had no comment about the altercation.
