Instead, Shantel is claiming Floyd was well aware of what she was buying and often gave her his card himself! If you’ve been keeping up with the pair, they’ve had an ongoing legal battle since 2014.
Shantel is reportedly suing Floyd for assault, battery, defamation and invasion of privacy! Floyd is countersuing, accusing Shantel of stealing from him and taking advantage of his trust & confidence.
