#Roommates, back in August, #SundyCarter, who y’all might remember from #BasketballWivesLA, accused a man of drugging and raping her then leaking the video of the alleged assault on #Instagram. She even went to the #LosAngelesPoliceDepartment and filed a police report.
It’s now being reported that the man she accused of assaulting her, #DemetriusGreen, was arrested by police last month and he has been charged with revenge porn, the @blast reports. Sundy is set to confront Green, who is known as #Philly comedian “Meechie” on social media, in court today in #Philadelphia where he will be appearing on the charges.
The incident allegedly went down in Philly, so Sundy also met with law enforcement out there and filed an additional report. Philly cops arrested Green in relation to her allegation and he was charged with unlawful dissemination of an intimate image, possession of an instrument of crime with intent to employ it criminally, and harassment.
All charges were misdemeanors.
Sundy said when Green was arrested she never thought she would be part of the “#MeToo movement.”
“No one should ever be taken advantage of, whether it’s revenge porn or someone slipping a substance in your drink. Unfortunately, I experienced this. I’ve pressed charges with hopes that justice will prevail,” she told The Blast.
Sources close to her are adamant she was also sexually assaulted by Green, but the district attorney did not feel there was enough evidence to charge him for that.
He was given a bail of $2,500 and bonded out later the same day he was arrested, which was on September 21st.
There wasn’t any public comment available from Green on his arrest but he has taken to social media in the past to deny the allegations made against him.
