Roommates, so far every Wednesday we’ve given you unexpected fun with our latest hit series ‘The Shady Brunch.’ This week we took it back to college, serving up some international flavor and throwing a culinary curveball with the unpopular combo challenge. Now, in our newest episode we put two new chefs to the test to see who can show off their international cooking skills with a little Ethiopian flair.
In our latest chef battle, we have Chef Ohi and Chef Kamarreya who have been challenged with putting an international spin on Taco Tuesday, courtesy of the Ethiopian taco battle. Chef Ohi comes with his speciality of California soul food, meanwhile Chef Kamarreya is bringing her DMV upbringing to the kitchen. Everyone loves a good taco, but can these two successfully infuse their culinary expertise to create a new taco that will win this latest round?
There are many ways to make a taco your own—but remember ya’ll, in addition to traditional ingredients, our tested chefs will also have to use one “shady” ingredient in their dish to shake things up. Find out who is able to pull it off!
The winner will move to the semi-final competition to compete for the first-ever Shady Brunch Championship!
