It looks like Ty Young and Mimi Faust have called it quits once again. As we previously reported, they shared the news that they were engaged again at the top of the year. However, Ty says she is single after being spotted out with another woman, who she says is a friend. Mimi also shared a few words while wishing Ty the best.
The Jasmine Brand obtained a video of Ty recently being spotted out with another woman and it appeared that the woman had her arms around Ty’s waist.

As the video started to circulate, Mimi shared a brief message to her Instagram account that said, “Breathe, and remember who the f**k you are.”
It didn’t take too long for folks to realize that Ty was spotted with fellow WNBA player DiJonai Carrington, who currently plays for the Connecticut Suns.
Ty then responded to everything in a now-deleted post to her Instagram account where she revealed that she is actually single and that DiJonai is only a friend. “Normally things happen in silence,” said Ty. “But since we’re here. You can’t cheat when you’re single and I guess you can’t have friends either…”
At the moment, it is unclear when Mimi and Ty called it quits. However, a post from Mimi’s account suggests that things were good between her and Ty just a week ago when she made them her WCW.
Needless to say, Mimi stepped into The Shade Room to responds to Ty and said, “It is imperative that when you say you are moving forward with your plans, life or goals…that those words are followed by action and led by passion. My friends, we all have grown in the past 2-3 years. New friends and old; they remain people we learn from and share or [our] life stories with.”
Mimi added, “In saying this, I want to make sure that I wish Ty the best. Remember, we all have grow and that is ok. It’s also ok to grow apart. Just respect each other in the process.”
As we previously reported, during Mimi’s birthday celebration back in January, she and Ty revealed that they were engaged for a second time. They first were engaged in August 2020 before calling things off.
