Uber is the most valued and fastest growing venture capitalist backed startup ever. In just five short years, Uber has managed to achieve this goal two years faster than it took Facebook. Facebook reached $50 million in seven years. Talk about a come up!
The service operates in over 300 cities in 58 countries and garners funding from investors like Microsoft and Bennett Coleman & Co.
In 10-months Uber was able to pull off a $10 billion increase and plans to use the new funding to grow markets in India as well as China.
