A source close to the family had this to say about the child’s gender:

According to E! news, KoKo Kardashian had not yet revealed the news to her family, and was reportedly keeping her baby boy a secret “to protect her mental health from judgement from the public as a result of Tristan’s actions.”

It seems like Khloe’s business being broken in the news is becoming a pattern for the Good American founder. In fact, Khloe’s sister Kim Kardashian saw Tristan and Maralee’s court documents on a blog and shared the news with the rest of their family.
The moment Khloe and her sisters found out about Tristan’s infidelity was documented on an episode of their reality show on Hulu.
Khloe’s rep confirmed in a statement that her new child with Tristan was conceived before she was made aware of the birth of Tristan and Maralee’s son Theo.
