Statement Reveals Tory Lanez’ Condition After Reportedly Being Stabbed 14 Times In Prison
On the evening of Monday, May 12, a statement was shared via the official Instagram feed and story of Tory Lanez’s account. Furthermore, the statement asserted that the 32-year-old was stabbed 14 times. This included “7 wounds to his back, 4 to his torso, 2 to the back of his head, and 1 to the left side of his face.”
Additionally, the statement asserted that “both of his lungs collapsed.”
“… and he was placed on a breathing apparatus,” the statement added. “He is now breathing on his own. Despite being in pain, he is talking normally, in good spirits, and deeply thankful to God that he is pulling through.”
Before concluding, the statement noted Lanez’ gratitude to the public.
“He also wants to thank everyone for their continued prayers and support,” the statement reads.

More Details On Tory Lanez Being Stabbed In Prison
As The Shade Room previously reported, on Monday, May 12, The Shade Room obtained exclusive details, asserting that Tory Lanez was stabbed while serving his time at the California Correctional Institution at Tehachapi. At the time, it was reported by TMZ that Lanez was rushed to a hospital with “non-life-threatening” injuries. Ultimately, on Monday, it was revealed to TSR that he was in critical condition.
Per TMZ, the motive behind the attack remains unclear. Additionally, the outlet has reported that the incident occurred around 7:20 a.m. “in a housing unit” at the prison.
