Usher Launches New ‘UshBucks’ Merch

Usher had the internet in a frenzy when reports began to surface alleging he was seen throwing fake money in a Las Vegas strip club back in April. Turns out Usher used his real coins to create some fake bills with his face on them–now known as “Usher Bucks”.

In fact, the bills were printed in order to promote Usher’s upcoming Las Vegas residency. Some of Usher’s friends and fellow artists have been seen flexing on the ‘gram with stacks of the bills, and it looks like Ush is ready to make some bread off of his investment.

Usher recently announced that he launched a new collection of merchandise inspired by his own bread. The “UshBucks” collection is available on Usher’s very own online store, and features pieces priced from $25-$170.

Usher made the announcement on his Instagram page, sporting a tailored UshBucks suit, bucket hat, and under shirt. He paired the fit with a pair of crisp white Air Force 1s.

As we previously reported, a dancer from Sapphire strip club in Las Vegas posted photos of the “Usher Bucks” on Instagram, posing the question of what other dancers may have done if the bills were thrown at them.

Shortly after, a rep for the club spoke out to clear things all the way up! The rep confirmed that Usher spent thousands of dollars on dancers, bottle service and wait staff while he was there, and left behind the “Usher Bucks” for promotion purposes.
