Waka Flocka Explains Why He Doesn’t Believe In Prenups

Recently Waka Flocka and his wife Tammy Rivera made a visit to Dish Nation, during their interview, the topic of having a prenup came about, especially when it comes to celebrity couples.

Waka expressed why he personally doesn’t believe in having a prenup.

He said, “For me, love don’t stand on the same pedestal as money, and money could never stand on the same pedestal as love. If you love a person, it shouldn’t be money. Now for me, if I marry you and I’m this rich guy, you rich too. I’m supposed to be the man that makes your spirit rich, that’s what’s wrong with couples. People look at the money and don’t pay attention to the spirit, see that’s a big difference cause I could make my wife’s spirit so rich, to the point she’ll be richer than me financially.”

Now you all know that Waka and Tammy tied the knot back in 2014, and they have been giving fans a glimpse into their marriage through social media and reality television.

The couple recently landed their own reality show on We TV called “Waka & Tammy: What The Flocka,” which premiered this month.

On the show, viewers also had the chance to see the couple renew their vows in Mexico, which actually took place last year.

Waka talked to People about their nuptials after the celebration and said, “I never knew what love was until I met Tammy. Today I am giving her a dream wedding that she always wanted.”
