Video Shows Ray J & Lemuel Plummer Feeling Froggy
The two men were having a conversation close to each other’s faces while Lemuel shook Ray J a few times by the shoulder. At that point, security intervened, tearing the men apart.
Still, Ray and Plummer continued to exchange words over the chaos in the crowd, and at one point, Ray tried to throw hands in between security’s human wall! The actor and singer didn’t back down easily, circling a car to try to get to Lemuel Plummer.
It’s still unclear what caused all the commotion. However, Ray J and the Zeus network executive have had bubbling beef for the last few weeks. Last month, Ray reportedly shared surveillance footage of Plummer allegedly getting hands put on him, per blogs like Sweet Tea.
While Plummer hasn’t said a peep on social media about the incident, Ray J issued a lengthy statement via his Instagram Story. They were both in attendance at the BET Awards on Sunday, according to red carpet photos.

Singer Explains How His BET Awards Night Took A Turn
On Sunday (June 30), Ray popped out for the BEt Awards in an all-white ‘fit and his usual dark sunglasses. On his IG Story, he reposted a red-carpet photo of him shared by Power 105.1 FM, and accompanying red text indicated that “it all went bad” after the carpet at BET and after.
“I’m really at a breakin point! To provide fo rmy family and have geenrational wealth was always the plan but money is evil and people are bad and I can’t take it anymore. These chain of reactions are stemming from being locked in a false reality / confused by this whole life! The sh*t that happened tonight to me at the awards today was hurtful,” he wrote.

Ray J added that he was working backstage at the BET Awards, took a break and was denied reentry to backstage when he returned. He said the situation was “weird,” implying show production was attempting to block him from seeing someone.
He shared that he’s traveling out of the country amid experiencing thoughts of self-harm.
“The sh*t that is happening is mind blowing. It’s making me suicidal and uncomfortable with the perception of reality. They paid me to shut up and I did! I feel bad and I hate myself for it! I don’t want anymore of your dirty money and b4 or right after I die I promise you I wil be free of it all and the world can move on with what is real for me no matter the consequences I have to face on the other side.”
He alleged that he “tied do it for real last time” and shared apologies to his sister Brandy. At this time, the entertainer’s whereabouts are unclear.
