Looks like Bieber has outdone himself, this time in a good way. As his fans have been waiting for his comeback, he returns with a heart-thumping anticipation behind the release of the song “What do you mean.” Bieber’s soulful yet sultry voice sold over 300,000 copies in the song’s first week, making his single the 23rd song in the Hot 100s history to debut at number one. He hasn’t debuted that high on the charts since his single “Boyfriend” back in 2012 was number 2. He plans on dropping the album to follow up a little before Thanksgiving.
