‘The View’ hosts were discussing Trump’s claims from Tuesday, where he accused Obama of “treason” and rigging the 2016 and 2020 elections. Joy wasn’t here for Trump’s allegations as she responded to the President, saying, “First of all, who tried to overthrow the government on Jan. 6? Who was that again? That was not Obama.” But Behar wasn’t done yet. She claimed that Trump’s jealousy of Obama is profoundly affecting him in more ways than one.
“The thing about him [Trump] is he’s so jealous of Obama, because Obama is everything that he is not: Trim, smart, handsome, happily married, and can sing Al Green’s ‘Let’s Stay Together’ better than Al Green. And Trump cannot stand it. It’s driving him crazy.”
Additionally, she suggested Obama sue Trump over the comments made against him. Her co-host, Sunny Hostin, co-signed, adding:
“Obama still lives rent-free in his head. I think Michelle Obama still lives rent-free in his head, I think the fact that Malia graduated from Harvard still lives rent-free in his head, and it’s just the very swag that Obama has that he will never have.”

The White House wasn’t about to let Joy slide, it seems, as spokesperson Taylor Rogers came back with a brutal response. In a statement made to Entertainment Weekly, Rogers wrote, “Joy Behar is an irrelevant loser suffering from a severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome.”
She didn’t hold back either, claiming ‘The View’ has been tanking with “the lowest ratings.” Her statement also shaded Joy to “self-reflect on her own jealousy of President Trump’s historic popularity before her show is the next to be pulled off air.”

On June 26, the White House dropped a video montage featuring Trump’s NATO Summit trip in The Hague, Netherlands, set to Usher’s song, ‘Hey Daddy (Daddy’s Home).’ The clip shows Trump stepping off Air Force One, greeting world leaders, and working the summit, all while Usher’s track plays.
Captioned with the song’s lyrics, “Daddy’s home… Hey, hey, hey, Daddy,” the video leans into a viral moment from NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte, who jokingly called Trump “Daddy” during a press conference. The bold song choice, tied to Rutte’s playful remark about Trump’s tough talk on the Israel-Iran ceasefire, had social media talking.
The song has since been removed from the Instagram video, while the clip itself remains on the official White House page. No word on whether Usher’s team took action or whether the White House simply wanted the track removed.
