Additionally, Aimee confirmed the news through a TikTok video shared on Wednesday, July 24. “I gave birth exactly a week ago today, so I am a week postpartum,” she says while rubbing her belly.
Throughout the video, Aimee continues to share the routine she’s been using to help snap her body back!
Aimee also shared details about her pregnancy journey, noting that she hasn’t been able to work out after giving birth due to having stitches.
“I ended up tearing. So, during the labor and I pushed her out, I tore. I have stitches down there, so I think I’m going to wait another week or two before I start doing anything strenuous on my body,” Aguilar said.
