On Tuesday rapper/ producer Wyclef Jean took to social media to share videos of LAPD placing him in handcuffs for misken identity.
In one video Wyclef captioned, “Why am I in Handcuffs!!!!!?????? This is what I said to LAPD after they put me in Handcuffs for mistaken identity.”
He then posted another video where he is speaking to the camera while the police cuff him. In the video, he says he was coming from the studio prior to his encounter with the police, and even mentioned that they removed his Haitian flag.
