YouTube Couple Hit With Trespassing Charge And Facing Prison Time After Attempting To Spend The Night Inside Target

#Roommates, we know that the temptation of Target is all too real, but one couple took things too far in effort to have content for their YouTube channel. According to reports, a Philadelphia couple with a popular YouTube channel were arrested for trespassing inside a Pennsylvania Target after they attempted to spend the night inside and post it for their followers.

@FOX29Philly reports, Johnson Larose, 25, and Charlotte Fischer, 24, were arrested on February 21st and promptly charged with trespassing after they were found inside a local Target after hours to film content for their YouTube channel. Known as ‘Saucy’ and ‘Honey’ on YouTube, the pair were found inside by authorities around 3A.M. due to the alarm system going off. However, when police arrived at the scene and searched the Target, they didn’t find anyone, but then Larose and Fischer returned to the store five hours later at 8A.M.—which led police to discover the surveillance footage of them inside after business hours.

Although they didn’t steal anything inside Target, both Larose and Fischer were formally charged with trespassing and face a maximum of seven years in prison for their antics. After speaking with them, Detective Scott Pezick said the couple stated that their intent for spending the night inside the store was to complete the “24-Hour Overnight Challenge In Target” and broadcast it to YouTube for their 17,700 followers. The surveillance video also showed them building a fort to hide behind so they wouldn’t get caught and then wandering around aimlessly in the store for hours.

Larose and Fischer are now facing third-degree criminal trespassing and conspiracy charges and were released on $25,000 unsecured bail. As part of their bail conditions, they are banned from all Target stores in Pennsylvania. Their next court hearing is set for March 24th.

Speaking to local media about their arrest, Fischer said “I mean, no regrets just living life and having fun, it’s kind of sad that all of this came out of it, we were expecting a fine nothing crazy.”
