Yung Joc Says He Meant No Disrespect By Commenting On Supa Cent’s Instagram Post

Over the weekend, Yung Joc ruffled Sage The Gemini’s feathers by commenting on his girlfriend Supa Cent’s Instagram post. Supa shared a picture with the caption, “Make me turn my gangsta down.” Joc commented, “That’s easy,” and left the looking eye emoji. Sage quickly shut him down by responding, “Naw, it’s not big dawg. Gone head.”

Today, Joc broke his silence and cleared the air on his Instagram page. In a 2-minute-long video, Joc explained that he meant no disrespect by leaving the comment. He said, “I been getting a lot of DMs saying ‘why are you doing Kendra (his fiancée) like that? Why would you be disrespectful to your lady or Supa Cent and her dude Sage?’ You ever notice some days you have a thought and you say it out loud? That’s what social media feels like to me.”

He continues, explaining that he saw Supa’s post on his timeline and said, “That’s easy,” in reference to her caption. He further explained that leaving the eyes emoji doesn’t always mean flirting. Joc also said that when a woman wants to turn her gangsta down, her man isn’t necessarily making her do it. “The woman found somebody she’s compatible with. It might not be easy to find that person because sometimes people don’t find their true love for some time.”

Joc made it clear that he wasn’t aware that Sage and Supa were in a relationship, and he said he meant no disrespect by his comment and that he wasn’t shooting his shot. He ended the video by saying that he is respectful to their relationship and his own relationship with his fiancée Kendra.
