Yung Miami Explains Why She Doesn’t Like It When Fans Call Her By Her Government Name (Video)

Many fans have become accustomed to calling Yung Miami by her government name, opposed to her stage name. She previously mentioned that she doesn’t like it, but now she’s offering up an explanation as to why.

Late Tuesday, she took to her Instagram live to talk about the matter and recalled an incident from earlier in the day when she was in the airport. She said that a girl came up to her and said, “Caresha, guess what I did.?”

Yung Miami continued to express how the moment upset her, and how some fans may think she’s being mean when it comes to that situation. However, she feels if she doesn’t personally know you, she doesn’t want you to call her by her government name.

Last week she took to Twitter to ask her followers why they don’t call her Yung Miami. Many fans let it be known that they enjoy watching the viral Instagram lives with her and Saucy Santana, where he is known to call her by her government name, which is Caresha.

Actress Skai Jackson even acknowledged Santana was the reason why fans started to call her by her first name.

However, Yung Miami continued to state that she doesn’t like it when she’s out in public and someone call’s her out by her first name. As we previously reported, she said, “I been feeling violated every time a b*tch see me in public they keep yelling “Caresha” STOP DOING THAT I DON’T LIKE THAT!”

Only time will tell if fans will only refer to her as Yung Miami, or if they’ll continue to call her Caresha.
