Miami Explains Why She Doesn’t Regret Riding For Diddy
Yung Miami previously opened up about her relationship with Diddy during an appearance on ‘The Breakfast Club.’ While chopping it up with the radio crew, Miami confirmed that ‘Ride For You’ is about Diddy. She also made it clear that she doesn’t regret being loyal to him because she never felt like he took that granted. Caresha said she appreciated him a lot because she felt like he always reciprocated the same energy she gave him.
“At the end of the day I feel like we showed up for each other. I think that I never met nobody that kind of met me where I was. I never had nobody celebrate me. I never had nobody just come and do something for me or make me feel good, make me feel loved or make me feel seen, noticed, like nothing like that.”
From there, Miami clarified that she never intended to defend Diddy or downplay anyone else’s experience with him. She said she always spoke from her own experience. “He did nothing but build me up. He took me from where I was and put me on a different pedestal.” Additionally, Diddy put her in a position to win, and she appreciated that because she never had someone show up for her in that way before.
