Alfallah is already reportedly eight months pregnant. The ‘Godfather’ star’s representative confirmed the news to TMZ on Tuesday (May 30).
The romance between Alfallah and Pacino allegedly bloomed during the pandemic when they quietly started dating each other, TMZ reports. The two were first spotted together publicly while stepping out for dinner in April 2022.

This Will Be Al Pacino’s Fourth Child
The award-winning actor has three other children, Julie, 33, and 22-year-old twins Anton and Olivia, with two different women.
Julie’s mother is acting coach Jan Tarrant. Meanwhile, Anton and Olivia were born during Pacino’s relationship with actress Beverly D’Angelo — the two dated from 1997 until 2003.
Meanwhile, Alfallah previously dated Mick Jagger, 79, before meeting Pacino in 2020. Additionally, she was also reportedly in a relationship with senior billionaire Nicolas Berggruen.
According to Page Six, Alfallah is rumored to date “rich older men” but gets on well with Pacino, as the “age gap doesn’t seem to be a problem.”

The news of Pacino’s upcoming baby comes just weeks after fellow acting icon Robert De Niro, 79, announced he and his girlfriend Tiffany Chen just welcomed a new baby themselves.
De Niro, who reportedly shares seven children with four different women, revealed the news in an interview with ET! Canada on May 8.
He’s been married twice, sharing Drena, 51, and Raphael, 46 — with his first wife, Diahnne Abbott, and two children — Elliot, 25, and Helen, 11 — with ex-wife, Grace Hightower.
He’s also a father to twins Julian and Aaron, 27, with ex-girlfriend Toukie Smith, according to Page Six.
De Niro’s newest addition makes for child No. 7.
