Rapper Desiigner is reportedly expected to enter a guilty plea on Friday, September 8. As The Shade Room previously reported, the 26-year-old was charged with indecent exposure after allegedly masturbating on a flight earlier this year.

More Details Regarding The Rapper’s Reported Guilty Plea
According to legal documents reportedly obtained by TMZ, Desiigner is expected to enter the guilty plea on Friday. Additionally, the plea reportedly recommends that the rapper be sentenced to two years probation and 120 hours of community service.
Furthermore, the plea also recommends that the rapper issue a “public apology” to the flight attendants present at the time of his actions. The rapper is also expected to pay a $5,000 fine.
HipHopDX reports that a charge of indecent exposure on an aircraft is usually “punishable by up to 90 days behind bars and a $500 fine if convicted.”
According to the outlet, Desiigner’s attorney is asking the court not to impose travel restrictions on the rapper. At this time, the outlet adds that the 26-year-old is expected to embark on musical tours for the remainder of this year into next.
At this time, Desiigner has not publicly commented on the reported plea details. Additionally, the rapper’s Instagram account appears to be wiped clean. Meanwhile, his X account seems to only focus on promoting his current music releases.

More Information Regarding The Initial Incident
As The Shade Room previously reported, news of the initial plane incident involving Desiigner surfaced in late April. At the time, the rapper released a statement explaining that he had not been “okay” for “months.” Additionally, he explained that after performing “overseas,” he was “admitted in to a hospital.”
He continued by explaining that he was “given meds.” Then, he needed to take a plane back to the U.S.
The rapper revealed that he was “ashamed” of his “actions… on that plane” and planned to admit himself into a “facility.”
“I am ashamed of my actions that happened on that plane. I landed back to the States and am admitting myself in a facility to help me. I will be canceling all of my shows and any obligations until further notice. Mental health is real, guys, please pray for me. If you’re not feeling like yourself, please get help.”

A few days later, TMZ reported that the 26-year-old pulled his p***s out in first-class of a Delta aircraft. Additionally, the outlet reported that the rapper pleasured himself.
Flight attendants reportedly scolded the rapper, demanding he stop “multiple times.” The rapper was then allegedly moved to the back of the aircraft when, at this moment, attendants reportedly noticed a Vaseline jar fall to the floor.
At the time, the outlet reported that Desiigner informed authorities he “didn’t really get much… cootie” while overseas. Additionally, documents allege the rapper shared he was “aroused” by a flight attendant.
TMZ’s report noted that the rapper didn’t seem to be impaired during his interview with police. Additionally, it included that Desiigner was ultimately charged with indecent exposure.
