Reports on Thursday (May 2) claimed that Britney Spears and her new boyfriend allegedly got into a disagreement at a hotel. The tussle had allegedly led to police and paramedics pulling up! But Spears is now calling CAP on those reports.
She took to Instagram to deny the altercation and explain why paramedics arrived on the Wednesday night scene. By the way, this is all going down amid news of her finalized divorce from Sam Asghari.
What The Reports Claimed About Britney & Her Man
According to TMZ, Britney and Paul Soliz arrived at the Chateau Marmont hotel in Los Angeles on Wednesday (May 1) night.
TMZ claimed that a witness called the police and allegedly described a woman matching Britney “harassing and threatening employees and guests.” Cops reportedly came at 10:30 p.m. but left due to no disturbances.
At 11 p.m., the couple was allegedly in their room–partying and drinking. According to sources who spoke with TMZ, an alleged altercation went down behind closed doors, leading to Britney allegedly hurting her leg. Sources added that Britney Spears was “screaming and out of control” in her suite’s hallway. Again, concerned guests allegedly called the paramedics, citing a possibly “injured person.” Emergency personnel arrived on the scene about 20 minutes before 1 a.m.
A photo shows Brit walking out of the hotel clutching a white pillow and a brown blanket around her shoulders. She was not wearing shoes but had on mini cream-colored pants. Despite the ambulance on the scene, Britney allegedly drove off with her security in a different vehicle. Her boyfriend Paul was not with her.

But here’s the tea–Spears is saying an altercation never happened. Additionally, the pop star claims that paramedics arrived at her hotel door illegally As former president Donnie would say, it’s fake news, per Brit-Brit.
She added that she’s grown “stronger” and joked about someone teaching her to lie since the “truth sucks.” Spears also said she’s unsure why she’s sharing this but blamed her menstrual cycle for making her “b***hy.”
“I also twisted my ankle last night and paramedics showed up at my door illegally. They never came in my room but I felt completely harrassed. I’m moving to Boston!!! Peace.”

The Pop Star Is Officially Divorced
Little information is available about her new man–aside from his reported rap sheet of felonies and misdemeanors.
According to US Weekly, Brit has been dating her former housekeeper since at least August or September. She initially met him when he was hired in May, a position that only lasted about two months. Sources told the outlet that she’s met his kids and spent time with them.
He spoke to the same outlet in September, calling Spears a very “good, positive” person and “phenomenal woman.” Paul also addressed his rap sheet at the time, saying he’s not a bad guy.
Meanwhile, on Dec. 10 she opened up about being “single” on social media.
“It’s so weird being single … I’ve had a lot of time to really look back with all the good and bad … I’ve realized I don’t talk to myself that nicely at all … I’m easily manipulated and I wear my heart on my sleeve … But I’m definitely changing all that..,” Britney Spears wrote at the time.
For now, her new boo seemingly has not made a debut on Brit’s social media platforms.
Also yesterday, news surfaced that her divorce from Sam Asghari had been finalized. The closed chapter comes months after Sam filed to end their union last August. He listed their date of separation as July 28. Their marriage lasted 14 months before they ran into “irreconcilable differences.”
According to TMZ, Britney retained her earnings before and during their marriage because of their prenup. Aside from some jewelry and a few personal items that were divided up, Asghari likely walked away with next to nothing. However, Britney has reportedly paid his rent at his new spot.
