Draya Michele is back to working on her health and fitness after giving birth to her and Jalen Green’s baby girl. As The Shade Room previously reported, the reality star and Houston Rockets player welcomed their first child together earlier this month.

Draya Shows Off Post-Baby Body
On Wednesday, Michele uploaded a series of videos to her Instagram Story, showing off her first workout ten days postpartum. In the short clip, the former ‘Basketball Wives’ star walks on a treadmill for 20 minutes. Then, another video shows Draya heading back into the gym to grab her jacket.

“If you’re wondering where my baby weight went … you see where the hell it went,” she captioned the video.

Draya’s videos led social media users to have a debate in The Shade Room comment section. Some Roomies agreed that she could get moving again, while others argued that she should rest after giving birth.

Draya & Jalen Recently Welcomed Their Daughter
Per The Shade Room, Draya revealed that she and Jalen welcomed their daughter on May 17. Draya announced the news on Instagram with a carousel of photos. The star stated that on Mother’s Day in 2021, her father passed away. Since then, it has been hard for her to celebrate the holiday without remembering the “earth-shattering” phone call I received that morning.
Michele further explained that this year, she’s feeling joyful as her daughter made it into the world safely.
“Well, this Mother’s Day was different. My daughter was safely brought into this world and I’m forever grateful for the new memories we all get to experience moving forward. Love + Light everyone,” Draya wrote.
