More Details About The Birth Of Matt Barnes & Anansa Sims’ Youngest Child

On Friday, October 4, Sims took to Instagram to share a joint post with Barnes. The post was a carousel captioned with: “Austin Matthew Barnes 💙✨9-4-24 8lbs 5oz 22 inches Mommy, Daddy, your brothers and sister love you so much! 🥰”

The first photo in their post featured Austin lying with his eyes closed. The second photo showed Barnes and Sims sharing a kiss while the rest showed them each cradling the newborn.

Additionally, Sims even shared footage of her baby boy’s first moments.

A Brief Recap On Matt Barnes & Anansa Sims’ Engagement

According to PEOPLE, Barnes previously welcomed now-teenage twin sons named Carter and Isaiah with his ex-wife Gloria Govan. Meanwhile, Sims welcomed three sons with her ex-husband, David Patterson Jr.

In December 2022, the pair revealed their engagement after reportedly dating on and off for five years, per The Shade Room.

“YESSS‼️💍❤️” Sims wrote while sharing photos of Barnes’ proposal.

After his proposal, Barnes also shared a touching tribute to Sims to celebrate her birthday.
