According to court docs snagged by TMZ, Simon Guobadia accuses the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star of dropping “false and defamatory” comments, throwing shade at certain parts of his body that, according to her, aren’t functioning.
Now, Simon’s clapping back after filing the suit, dropping fresh pics on Instagram on Friday, Nov. 22, saying he’s focused on peace. In the shots, he’s buried in clear balloons with just his head showing, captioning the images, “Creating a space of healing, requires mental grit and toughness. Sometimes, insulation is all that you need to drown out the noise. Happy Friday.”
So far, Porsha hasn’t said anything about Simon’s IG post or the lawsuit.

E! News reports that Simon Guobadia’s lawsuit came after Porsha Williams shared faces about erectile dysfunction on her Instagram Stories using the hashtag #menshealthawareness. The outlet highlights that while Porsha didn’t specifically mention Simon in her posts, her remarks about erectile dysfunction harmed his reputation and exposed him to ridicule. Additionally, Simon labeled her comments as “extreme” and “outrageous” and is pursuing substantial damages in response.

The Shade Room previously reported that Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia’s drama kicked off when Porsha filed for divorce in February, ending their marriage after just 15 months. This came just a week after Bravo announced her return to ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ for season 16 following a two-year break.
In September, Porsha scored a win in their ongoing divorce battle. According to Us Weekly, a Fulton County, Georgia court upheld their prenuptial agreement on (Sept. 12), calling it “empirically fair” after Simon challenged its credibility.
Now, a Georgia court has granted Porsha “temporary, sole, and exclusive possession” of the shared home with Simon, per new documents obtained by Us Weekly. The order also gives the TV star the right to film and produce content at the residence. The documents specify that Simon must “execute any and all documents necessary to facilitate” the arrangement. Previously, Us Weekly, reported that the couple’s prenup was created to avoid costly legal battles and invasive discovery during a divorce. Simon argued, per PEOPLE, that Porsha’s return to reality TV broke the prenup’s nondisclosure terms, claiming she had promised to leave her career behind to focus on being a stay-at-home wife and mom. However, the court rejected his claims.
