De’arra Opens Up About Still Trying To Serve Her Ex Ken Walker In Ongoing Lawsuit
The new year started with a bang after documents revealed that YouTuber De’arra Taylor was suing her ex-fiancé, Ken Walker, for alleged theft and embezzlement. She claimed that after their relationship ended, she noticed money was missing from their joint account. Ken later took to Instagram to deny the claims in De’arra’s lawsuit.
In her latest YouTube video, De’arra decided to spill the tea on the lawsuit during a Q&A. She says that her ex has not been served and shared that her lawyer said he doesn’t have an address they know of, which is holding up the process.
“My lawyer emailed me the other day and she said that this person is basically couch surfing, and so when someone doesn’t necessarily have an address … it’s hard to serve them,” she explained.

More Details On The Lawsuit Between De’arra And Ken
On January 2nd, court documents obtained by YouTuber Royalty’s World revealed De’arra had filed a complaint accusing Ken of multiple offenses, including theft, embezzlement, and misuse of their joint social media accounts while they were together.
In 2022, De’arra discovered Ken had been withdrawing money without her knowledge. He admitted taking a lump sum for medical bills, but she claims the money was stolen a year earlier. She also alleges Ken kept $40K from their Tesla loan instead of giving her the $20K they agreed on.
The lawsuit states the DK4L joint account included earnings from De’arra’s solo brand deals as a goodwill gesture to Ken, even after multiple cheating scandals. It also comes after fans noticed Ken recently rebranded the DK4L Facebook page four years post-breakup and shared photos of his new girlfriend there. Ken Walker quickly took to Instagram to deny De’arra’s claims, speaking about the agreements they had regarding their joint account.
