Lizzo Gives Short Hair, Big Energy, And Major Flex
On social media today, Lizzo gave fans the ultimate transformation flex, first showing off her natural curls before hitting a slick transition to a short, honey-blonde bob. But she didn’t stop there — Lizzo held up her freshly chopped locks for the camera, dropped a selfie mid-eyebrow bleach, and shared a series of Instagram snaps to fully showcase her new vibe. In the snaps, she looks straight into the camera with that “I know I’m fine” model gaze, rocking a brown tank top, gold bamboo hoops, and a full face beat.

Lizzo Spills The Receipts On Her Glow-Up Grind
Lizzo’s glow-up isn’t just a look, it’s a whole vibe. Last year, she shared jaw-dropping before-and-after pics along with the real talk behind her transformation, and fans are here for it. The flute queen broke down her full regimen—training three times a week, daily sauna and cardio, adding animal protein back into her diet, and even hiring a chef to meal prep and track calories—while cutting out sugary Starbucks, full-fat sodas, and chips. She kept it honest about alcohol too, admitting she paused for a bit but is “drinking again cus I earned it!” Even with her busy performance schedule, Lizzo stays active with pickleball, beach walks, hiking, dancing, and staying hydrated, proving her glow-up is all about consistent work, discipline, and energy.
