Sexyy Red Cleared The Air In Court Filing

The emotional tribute comes just weeks after Sexyy Red found herself addressing a legal dispute involving Tay Keith. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the rapper asked to be removed from a lawsuit over the producer’s alleged unpaid royalties, arguing that artists have no control over how record labels handle producer payments. In a letter to the court, Sexyy Red said she was “appalled” to learn she had been named as a defendant and emphasized that Tay Keith was not only one of her closest collaborators but also a genuine friend, adding that if he was owed money, it was the label’s responsibility—not hers—to make sure he got paid.
