The jury was shown nanny cam video from April 2025 that captured Hill and Vaccaro screaming at each other. Hill is heard saying he was leaving with his daughter, and footage showed him picking her up.
“I’m going to get my daughter and get the f*ck out,” said Hill as he picked his baby up.
The Shade Room previously reported that Vaccaro filed for divorce following the incident, which occurred in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Vaccaro’s mom, Alesia Vaccaro, called 911 and said that Hill had shaken Keeta while she held the baby. In addition, she said that Hill walked toward a 35th-floor balcony after he snatched the baby up, prompting her to call 911. She added that Hill has anger issues, and the jury found Hill liable for the incident.
Keeta Vaccaro’s Testimony Shocks Courtroom
As reported by The Shade Room, the former couple’s divorce trial began on Tuesday, October 6. During the divorce proceedings, Vaccaro shocked the courtroom when she testified that Hill tried to punch her in the stomach while she was pregnant, per The Athletic. Vaccaro testified that the incident happened in July 2024, and Hill had tried to punch her because he allegedly didn’t want the baby, according to Law & Crime.
“I was standing in front of him,” said Vaccaro. “And then he just…. at my stomach…. And like, I put my hands, you know, to block it and step back.”
In addition, Vaccaro testified that the abuse began in January 2024 during a postnuptial agreement argument. She claimed that Hill put his hands around her neck and snatched off a necklace. Furthermore, Vaccaro claimed that he grabbed and twisted her breasts during the argument, according to ESPN.
Hill testified that he could have been a better husband. However, he denied physically assaulting his estranged wife. His lawyer Michael Gottlieb called Vaccaro’s claims “all about money.” Hill’s other attorney, Christi Bright, said the NFL wide receiver is “grateful” that he got his side out.
“Mr. Hill was very pleased that he was able to get his story out and to be able to tell the world what he’s not been able to speak about,” said Bright. “He’s very grateful.”
