August Alsina Reacts To This Moment Of Him Talking About Jesus At The Club
Elsewhere, in a viral clip from their Pride hosting gig, August grabbed the mic to drop some real talk about Jesus, urging the crowd to embrace their authentic selves.
“I want to talk about Jesus in the club right now,” he said. “Jesus died… for being authentic, bro. And I’m looking at a crowd of authentic a** people in here, so I just want y’all to know I love you, I’m proud of you.”
But it didn’t appear as if everybody was all the way tuned in to August’s speech. When an X user questioned why the crowd wasn’t quiet during his speech, August responded with humor. “Naa.. cus I was talking to them about Jesus in da club,” he tweeted, adding, “They was lit, erybody drunk asl… It was perfect.”

Zu Raised Eyebrows with This Caption About August Earlier This Year
If you thought Zu and August getting this comfortable on social media was a first, it certainly isn’t. Back in January, Zu had the internet in a chokehold with a TikTok video of him and August chilling in a car. The video was cute, but the text overlay? Chile, it was spicy! “Ong I’m going to climb this soon as we get in the crib,” The internet was shook, with fans screaming over Zu’s bold caption.
When an X user suggested August looked “caught off guard” in the video, August set the record straight. “To be clear, Zu comes to me before posting anything involving me. Anyhow, he’s his own man. Let him cook,” he replied. The duo has become more open about their private lives in the past couple of months, and this latest Pride gig and photo just proved they’re still going strong.
