Here’s two names you don’t normally hear in the same sentence. Bernie Sanders responded to an Ariana Grande tweet and the Internet has lots of feelings about it.
To be honest, it’s really hard to make sense of it, but the aftermath makes it that much more entertaining.
Ariana tweeted to her 66.9 million followers “Baby how you feeling.” Of the 12,000-plus responses to the simple question, one of them happen to be from Bernie Sanders’ Twitter account.
Bernie responded by saying, “Ready to fight for Medicare for All.”
Ariana seemed quite shook that Bernie responded to her, and so did the rest of the Internet. It seemed like most responses were happy ones, while others were just plain confused.
“What is this exchange lmaoooo what is happening,” responded one Twitter user.
Then to kick things up a political notch, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez jumped in the convo by describing progressive policies with titles of Ariana’s biggest hits.

Ariana seemed very in favor of the love she was getting from AOC and Bernie as she shared her sentiments on Instagram.
Bernie had been on a roll today on social media. He also used his Twitter account to reveal his plans to decriminalize marijuana.
