Blac Chyna Moves Forward With Lawsuit Against Kris Jenner, Kim and Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner

Blac Chyna’s personal parenthood business became the talk of the innanet this past week. Tyga and Robert Kardashian shared how they take care of their children–down to the dollar amount for schooling. Chyna hardly responded to the commotion, but tweeted an “lol” at Tyga. On Saturday, the influencer brought another part of her private life to the forefront.

A Kardashian/Jenner Lawsuit

Blac Chyna revealed that she plans to pursue a lawsuit against Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.

“I plan to re-focus my attention on my trial against Kris Jenner and her daughters Kim, Khloe, and Kylie which starts in 13 days,” she wrote.

“When they got my #1 hit show killed back in January 2017, that not only hurt me financially and emotionally, that hurt my beautiful KIDS,” Chyna wrote in a statement posted to social media.

Back in 2018, a judge dismissed the suit Chyna had filed against Kim K and momager Kris. In the suit, Chyna’s then-lawyer Lisa Bloom argued that both women interfered with her E! show contract. Chyna believes the women caused the end of her show by painting her to be an unfit mother, but the judge at the time disagreed that E! wouldn’t do a show like that with potential easy ratings.

Why Chyna’s Pursuing The Suit

In her statement, Chyna laid out why she wants to pursue this lawsuit.

“I’m taking them to court to stand up for my legal rights and to be an example to my kids that “what’s right is right, what’s wrong is wrong.” And what they did was so wrong,” Chyna wrote.

She continued on expressing gratitude. She mentioned that “a jury will finally listen to what really happened behind closed doors,” including lies told and damage caused.

“At the end of the trial, I’m going to be able to proudly tell King and Dream that I did everything I could to right the wrong that was done to me. And that, in life, it is my hope that they will be able to stand up for themselves when it matters too,” Blac Chyna wrote.
