During the early hours of Monday, September 28, Ray J took to his Instagram to share a clip, apparently from one of his recent livestreams. In the clip, he explained that his liver and heart are “f****d up.”
“I just I wake up, and I know it,” he continued. “I still don’t give a f**k. I still haven’t went and got it checked. Eventually, like, n****s is gon’ die. What else is gon’ happen? The ambulance is gon’ come, and hopefully we make it through. But if we die, n****s will be like, ‘It’s about time. We was waiting.'”

As The Shade Room previously reported, Ray J was admitted to the hospital in January. Subsequently, he revealed that his heart was not functioning at full capacity, and doctors allegedly told him he had months to live. By February, Raj sparked concern when footage showed him performing with a chest patch and apparent blood running from his eyes, per The Shade Room.
Despite skepticism, his team maintained his declining health, and his mom confirmed his claims. Despite all of this, Ray J has turned heads, getting knocked out in the boxing ring, expressingindifference about his participation, and even taking part in another boxing match against Orlando Brown.
