“My baby growing up on me… So proud of everything you are. THE FIRST BLESSING THAT CHANGED MY LIFE [red heart emoji],” he wrote.

Chris Brown thanked the politicians. However, not all social media users were pleased with his recognition. Ultimately, Venton Jones apologized to the public for recognizing Brown.
Ultimately, the back-and-forth concluded with Chris Brown making it clear that he no longer wanted the honor.
