Clayton Howard Files EXPLOSIVE Lawsuit Against Cassie & Diddy

According to the Daily Mail, Howard, who also goes by “Dave,” is alleging that he was one of the male escorts used for the former couple’s freakoffs. Furthermore, he’s alleging that Cassie gave him an STD. In addition, he says she aborted their baby without telling him. Lastly, he’s alleging Cassie “manipulated” him into taking ecstasy and having unprotected sex.

Per Howard, he began participating in the freakoffs in 2009. In the eight years that followed, he believes he was:

used as “entertainment to satisfy their sexual fetishes and personal ambitions… [Cassie and Diddy were] toxic individuals addicted to opiates and methamphetamines who had no regard for others or the law.”

In addition, Howard is refuting the belief that Cassie was an alleged victim of Diddy.

“Ventura was not merely a victim forced into sexual encounters with male escorts, but rather an active and engaged participant who willingly manipulated and exploited others, including Plaintiff, to satisfy the sexually depraved desires of Defendant Combs and herself,” he lawsuit reportedly states.

Furthermore, the escort alleged Cassie “drugged him with controlled substances… three times stronger than what she herself consumed. In addition, he alleges she “commanded him to masturbate for hours.” Lastly, he accuses her of “forcing” herself upon him during her menstrual cycle. As for Diddy, he says, the music mogul “implied threats of violence” against him and even said he would pistol-whip him on one occasion.

“Ventura deceived, manipulated, and injured Plaintiff and therefore, should be held accountable alongside Defendant Combs, as the two were partners in these criminal enterprises,” the lawsuit adds.
