But baby, it wasnt the plot twist from the movie that gagged us it was the one happening right in front of the cameras!
During a sit-down press interview with director, Spike Lee, and co-star, A$AP Rocky, Denzel casually reached over and stole the watch clean off Rockys left wrist all while Rocky was mid-sentence. The internet is calling it “the smoothest robbery in Hollywood history,” and honestly? They might be right. Denzel didnt miss a beat, flashing his iconic grin as Spike tried to keep the interview on track. Rocky looked down a second later, realized what had happened, and just laughed like he knew better than to challenge a legend.
“Yo, I’m getting robbed by Denzel right now! It [will] look better on you anyway, OG,” Rocky joked as Denzel fitted the watch on himself.
