Roommates, it’s been a few weeks now and social media is still talking about the explosive cheating scandal involving online relationship guru Derrick Jaxn. Following the multiple videos addressing the scandal from both Derrick Jaxn and his wife Da.Naia, Derrick decided to show his wife some love on Easter Sunday courtesy of a post to his Instagram page.
In an attempt to infuse some positivity into the incredibly messy situation surrounding Derrick Jaxn cheating with multiple women while still married to his wife Da’Naia—Derrick took to Instagram to turn the spotlight on his wife and show her some appreciation.
He posted a simple photo of Da’Naia dressed up and wearing what looked like her Sunday best, which is very different from the army fatigues and “helmet of salvation” she wore when she addressed her husband’s cheating last month.

As we previously reported, after previously denying allegations he cheated on his wife, Derrick Jaxn had a change of heart. In a video seated next to his wife Da’Naia holding hands, he confirmed that he did indeed cheat on his wife.
Derrick said that he was involved with other women and made it clear what that meant. He explained,” I want to be clear im not talking about just casually kicking it, maybe a lunch or something like that. I’m talking about as serious as sex, sexual flirtation, and meeting up and those type of things.” He advised that his behavior fell under the umbrella of being inappropriate, cheating, having an affair, stepping out, and was definitely not aligned with the vowels that he took or the biblical standard of what it means to be faithful.
He continued saying that he felt the need to share this publicly with his followers because he had already had the conversation about his infidelities with his wife. “It’s important that I let you know I don’t stand by those actions, ” Derrick said. “I don’t want to encourage anybody to do that. Secondly, I know I can’t build a platform preaching certain things, preaching against certain things, and then in my real life live contrary to that.”
