Divorce proceedings for Dr. Dre and Nicole Young have been messy, but it looks like the judge has finally made a ruling about their finances and Nicole just got a BAG, bag! As we previously reported, Nicole asked a judge for $2 million per month in support, and while the judge did not that grant amount, she’ll still be set until she decides to find a new man.
According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Dr. Dre has been ordered to pay $293,306 per month to his ex-wife, which sums up to more than $3.5 million a year! Dre and Nicole were in court this week where a judge made the ruling.
“[Dre] is ordered to pay spousal support in the sum of $293,306 per month, payable on the first of each month, commencing August 1, 2021,” the order states.
The documents state that Dre is required to make the monthly payments “until the party receiving support remarries or enters into a new domestic partnership, death of either party.” Nicole will also be getting her health insurance paid by Dr. Dre, and the judge ordered Dre to “continue paying the expenses for the Malibu, and Pacific Palisades homes.”
Dre previously agreed to pay Nicole a one-time payment in the amount of $2 million just days after he was hospitalized for suffering a brain aneurysm. According to The Blast, the current spousal support agreement is temporary, as Dre and Nicole are still negotiating the overall settlement of their divorce.
Dr. Dre might be going through some hardships at the moment, but it seems like he has still be finding time for some pleasure. Dr. Dre sparked dating rumors with Apryl Jones after the two were spotted at an LA restaurant together back in February.
