Druski has reportedly been cleared of allegations tying him to a 2018 sexual assault case involving Diddy. A federal judge dismissed the claims against the comedian, citing evidence that he was in Georgia, not California, during the alleged incident. Ashley Parham filed the lawsuit, sparking controversy. But Druski’s financial and phone records proved his innocence, ending this chapter of a high-profile legal battle.

Lawsuit Against Druski Has Reportedly Been Dismissed

According to AllHipHop, a federal judge dismissed the sexual assault lawsuit against the 30-year-old on Thursday, July 3. The ruling declared there was no evidence placing him in California on March 23, 2018, when the alleged assault occurred. Per Complex, Judge Rita Lin said she was “virtually certain” Druski was in Georgia. This was based on phone records showing 16 calls to and from Georgia numbers that day. Parham’s claims, part of an amended complaint filed in March 2025, accused Druski of assaulting her at a party linked to Diddy.

The judge’s ruling highlighted a “complete lack of connection” between Druski and the alleged location or other defendants, effectively clearing him. A hearing on potential sanctions against Parham and her legal team is set for July 8, which could require them to cover Druski’s legal fees. This dismissal marks a significant victory for the Maryland native, who consistently denied the allegations, calling them a “fabricated lie.”

Who Else Was Named In Ashley Parham’s Lawsuit?

Ashley Parham’s amended lawsuit, initially filed in October 2024 and updated on March 7, 2025, named several high-profile figures alongside Druski. These included Diddy and NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. Parham alleged she was drugged, kidnapped, and “violently gang-raped” at a private residence in Orinda, California. She claimed it was retaliation for claiming Diddy was involved in Tupac Shakur’s 1996 murder.

Specifically, she accused Druski of pouring oil or lubricant on her and assaulting her while Diddy recorded. Beckham was also accused of participating in the assault. Diddy’s legal team and Beckham denied the claims, previously deeming Parham’s allegations nonsense.

Druski’s Evidence: Bank Statements and Phone Records

Before the dismissal, Druski had provided compelling evidence to clear his name. Bank records from March and April 2018 revealed a balance of just 91 cents. They also showed his small Zelle transfers from his mother and minor purchases like $12.13 at Coldstone Creamery. These records confirmed Druski was living with his mother in Georgia, far from the alleged California party.

Phone records further solidified his defense. They showed that all 16 calls on March 23, 2018, were connected to Georgia numbers under his mother’s Verizon plan. Druski emphasized that he was not a public figure in 2018 and lacked the means or connections to attend parties with Diddy or Odell. The judge appeared to have had every reason ot side with Druski on the matter, allowing him to move on from this case once and for all. It’s still unclear whether he plans to have Ashley foot the attorney fees.
