Ethan “Affluenza” Couch Found In Mexico With His Mom After Fleeing Probation

Meek Mill should use this guy in his court case next month, because there’s no reason why anybody should be able to report such a ridiculous story. Earlier this month, authorities decided to investigate after someone tweeted a video with a caption accusing Ethan of violating his probation. The footage showed some teens throwing a party…one of which appears to be Ethan Couch. This definitely violates Couch’s 10-year probation if any alcohol consumption were involved. Tell me why this child ducked off the face of the Earth and his parents acted like they didn’t know where he was! He fled the police, because he knew that this could mean jail time. But chile, tell. me. why. they found him hiding out in Mexico with his mother, Tonya! He dyed his hair to keep from being noticed, but now that they’ve been found, this opens up even more trouble for him and his family.
Not only could he actually have to spend a max of 4 months in juvie, but his mother will also be charged with “hindering apprehension.” That’s not it though. Authorities are uncertain whether or not The Couches are in Mexico illegally and now they’re at the mercy of la Migra or Mexican Immigration! They’ll just be deported, though. CNN reports, “Couch’s lawyers have said they know authorities are investigating whether their client violated his probation conditions, but they have declined to comment on whether he attended the party. At the time of Couch’s conviction, prosecutors said he could be incarcerated for up to 10 years for violating his probation terms.”
If you remember, back in 2013, a 16 year old Ethan Couch took it upon himself to drive drunk and in turn lost control of his car and pummeled into a crowd of pedestrians in Burleson, Texas. He hit another car as well, but in all, four people died and 9 were seriously injured. Thanks to being white, he only got sentenced to 10 years of probation despite prosecutors pleading for a modest 20 years. Couch’s lawyers argued he had “affluenza”, a disease that they claim stems from Couch’s parents teaching him that wealth buys privilege.
How is this even allowed to happen? Too much liberty is given to those who are already free. SMH!
