As we all know things will soon change on the nationally syndicated radio show “The Breakfast Club” as it was announced earlier today that soon Angela Yee will be departing the show.
As previously reported, Yee has landed her own show on iHeart Radio, and the show will launch in the fall. Prior to the big announcement, she hinted that something was on the horizon when she tweeted, “The breakfast club as you know it is officially over.”

After the news had been announced on-air, Charlamagne Tha God addressed Yee’s new chapter on social media and said,
“The planned communication that Angela Yee released via tweet last night sent y’all into a frenzy just like we knew it would. I know y’all couldn’t wait to discuss some bad news but that is not the case. Congrats to Angela Yee who is getting her very own nationally syndicated radio show with Premiere Networks “Way Up With Angela Yee” the Midday show will launch this fall in 30 plus markets. Evolution is all about looking forward!!! WE THANK GOD FOR IT ALL!!!”
