Judge Denies Tekashi 69’s Request To Serve His Sentence On House Arrest

Roommates, Tekashi 69 and his legal team have been doing everything in their power to get him the best deal possible following the charges being brought against him. This time, however, their efforts aren’t getting him anywhere.

According to NY Daily News, a judge has rejected Tekashi 69’s request to serve the remainder of his two-year sentence on house arrest, ruling that his crimes were much too serious to cut him any slack.

Tekashi argued in court last week that his status as a celebrity, and his cooperation with the federal government will make prison time extremely hard and potentially dangerous for him.
