Khlo Kardashian went OFF on her Instagram Stories, straight-up calling Mayor Bass “a joke.” The Good American founder made the comment after LA Fire Chief Kristin Crowley revealed that major budget cuts to the fire department allegedly hurt their ability to respond to these disasters.

Khlo posted a clip of Crowley’s interview with a news station on her IG Story, saying she stands with the fire chief. I stand by YOU Chief Crowley!!!! You spoke the truth and you had tears in your eyes because I can tell you didnt even want to say that but it was THE TRUTH!!!! Thank you for being honest, she added. Mayor Bass you are a joke!!!!

On Saturday, Jan. 11, Kim shared a message on her Instagram Stories, emphasizing that these inmates are heroes, risking their lives and some even losing them in the ongoing the crisis. “On all 5 fires in Los Angeles, there are hundreds of incarcerated firefighters, risking their lives to save us. They are on the Palisades fire and Eaton fire in Pasadena working 24 hour shifts. They get paid almost nothing, risking their lives, some have died, to prove to the community that they have changed and are now first responders. I see them as heroes,” Kim wrote.
