LiAngelo Ball has reacted to a resurfaced interview of his father, LaVar Ball, speaking highly about MissNikkiiBaby, a.k.a. Nikki Mudarris.

On January 24, VladTV posted an interview with LaVar, shot in 2023, via YouTube. In the clip, LaVar gushed about becoming a grandfather before speaking more in-depth about Mudarris, LiAngelo’s partner at the time.
“Oh my God, I love her!” LaVar Ball said at the time. “I’m like, ‘Gelo, how many girls have you had where you go to they house? This is the only one who got her own spot in Beverly Hills.’
LaVar went on to reiterate that Muddaris “does her own thing.”
“See, what people don’t understand is they’re gonna be together. And what happened is, they’ve found the right one,” he continued, referring to LiAngelo, his brothers, and their partners at the time. “Gelo’s girl… everybody thinking she a golddigger and got a youngsta’ — [but] no. He said, ‘The other girls I’m dealing with have no sense.’ And the baby is beautiful… but her mom talk business, they talk business to Gelo about business — this is the part about it that I like.”
Before concluding, LaVar explained that he “love[d]” Mudarris and went on to share an experience he had with her and why it only added to his stance. Lastly, LaVar even explained why he believed she and LiAngelo were going to get married.

LiAngelo Ball Reacts To His Father Lavar Ball’s Resurfaced Comments
Fast forward to this week, LiAngelo Ball apparently stopped by the ‘Morning Hustle’ radio show. During his appearance, host Lore’l asked Gelo about his father’s high praise for Mudarris and his comments on his love life.
“He don’t [speak on it], for real,” Gelo told Lore’l. “Like, you see, I ain’t even know about that interview, for real. He don’t talk about who I love or whatever.”
In turn, Lore’l then asked, “So what happens when things get kind of crazy, though? Does he try to speak to you and be like, ‘Oh yeah, we gotta calm this down’?”
“What he gon’ say, though?” LiAngelo asked. “Honestly, like, I’m 26. My pops not ’bout to be like, ‘What you doing? You love her?’ He ain’t never really been on that. He just like, ‘Be safe, bro.'”

As The Shade Room previously reported, LiAngelo Ball and MissNikkiiBaby’s relationship made headlines earlier this month.
