More Details Regarding Allison’s Holker Alleged NDA For Stephen “tWitch” Boss’ Loved Ones
On Monday, January 13, TMZ published an exclusive report asserting the outlet “obtained the NDA tWitch’s family says Allison had them sign in order to attend his funeral.” Per the outlet, the one component of the document is that it “essentially… blocks” tWitch’s family “financially.” More specifically, it reportedly blocks them from “collecting any money from a memoir about their relationship and his death.”
Specifically, those who signed the document have reportedly “agreed to hand over any proceeds from interviews, books, articles or programs about him straight into Allison’s pocket.”
Furthermore, per the outlet, the NDA appears to “position” Holker “as the only one able to profit off tWitch’s life story.” To note, Holker is preparing to release her memoir, ‘This Far: My Story of Love, Loss, and Embracing the Light.’ Additionally, the memoir will reportedly chronicle her life with tWitch. However, she has reportedly stated that proceeds from the memoir will be donated to the Move with Kindness Foundation.
Per TMZ, the foundation was reportedly launched in tWitch’s memory.
Here’s What Sparked The Conversation Around An Alleged NDA
As The Shade Room previously reported, earlier this month, Holker graced the cover of PEOPLE. Additionally, she sat down for an exclusive interview with the outlet. The campaign appeared to allude to her late husband “hiding so much.”
During the sitdown, Holker alleged Boss dealt with drug addiction before his death in December 2022. Furthermore, she allegedly discovered this while going through tWitch’s items ahead of his funeral. Ultimately, she shared that she found a “cornucopia” of drugs, which allegedly included mushrooms, pills, and “other substances.”
