Diddy Trial Week 5: Judge Denies Defense’s 2nd Mistrial Request, “Jane” Mentions Yung Miami In Cross-Exam., Ye Appears At Court (RECAP)

Per CNN, Judge Subramanian told the court he would discuss the defense’s mistrial motion more on Tuesday, June 10. The delay, the judge contributed to the government’s plan to file a response at some point on Monday, June 9.

Diddy Trial: “Jane” Mentions Additional Girlfriend Of Sean Combs While Continuing Direct-Exam. On Their “Dark, Sleazy” “Hotel Nights” & “Love Contract” (LIVE UPDATES)

Per CNN, Judge Subramanian denied the defense’s motion for a mistrial on Tuesday, June 10. Additionally, the judge denied the prosecution’s request to recall expert psychologist witness Dawn Hughes to the stand.

The defense began its cross-examination of Jane, asserting that she initially met with the defense team, then stopped at her own will in April 2025. When asked how many times she was prepared for her cross-examination by the prosecution, Jane answered, “Maybe 2 or 3 times.”

She reportedly added that she feels her lawyer is representing her well despite being paid for by Diddy. Additionally, she said that she hasn’t spoken to or seen Diddy since 2024.

As cross-examination continued, “Jane” explained that she didn’t understand the “terms and conditions” of what her relationship “would be like” with Diddy. Later in her testimony, she noted that Diddy informed her of his “polyamorous lifestyle.” However, once her feelings for him got deeper, she wanted him to be only hers. Additionally, she noted feeling that her treatment from him was inferior to how he treated other women.

“I resent him for leading me to the lifestyle he led me to,” she said.

The defense reportedly stated that Jane “chose” to participate in the lifestyle. However, Jane replied that her “choices were made under a lot of emotional pressure.” Additionally, she said she felt “hooked” from the beginning of her relationship with Diddy.

Nonetheless, Jane added that she still loves Diddy and enjoyed taking care of him after hotel nights.

“He was my baby,” she said, recalling that she would rub his feet, feed him, bathe him, and watch his favorite show with him afterward.

Per Jane, she also endured the hotel nights in order to spend this quality time with Diddy afterwards.

“I felt that my partner was trusting me in a very vulnerable moment and, well, so, he made me believe that this was something really special. This was something only he and I did, and I really took that on very strongly,” Jane added, explaining that she didn’t want Diddy to feel judged during these encounters.

She believed she was the only woman having these vulnerable experiences with Diddy.

“And as time went on it was very conflicting for me internally because I’m breaking all of my own boundaries just to make him feel extremely loved,” she explained.

The defense went on to suggest that Jane chose to take drugs, specifically ecstasy, during her hotel nights with Diddy.

“My choice to take the ecstasy. I would say Mr. Combs would offer me the ecstasy and expect me to take it,” Jane explained.

Additionally, she explained that Diddy enjoyed role play during some hotel nights and preferred her to put on a “cheating fantasy” with entertainers.

“Sean left town, and I’m home alone with me and whomever, and I’m sneaking in this ‘entertainer,’ and it’s just me and this ‘entertainer’ fantasy talking ’bout Sean is on a plane and I couldn’t wait to get this ‘entertainer’ all alone,” she described of the fantasy.

Ultimately, she explained that Diddy would be aroused by these scenarios.

Jane testified that she and Diddy would get back together after arguments because they both “missed each other.” Furthermore, she confirmed that she wanted to be with Diddy.

“So you would get back together with him of your own volition?” defense attorney Teny Geragos asked, to which she replied. “Yes.”

Additionally, she shared that Diddy “beamed a bright light,” and she was “fascinated by him.”

“He would uplift me,” Jane said of Diddy, adding that he made her more confident and even invested $20,000 into her fashion line.

When asked about her account on OnlyFans, Jane explained that she created the presence due to a “financial need.” She added that if she could “get off it,” she would. In turn, the defense questioned Jane, asking if Diddy has probably given her around $150,000 during the course of their romance.

“I never really counted, but I would assume, yeah, that would be close,” she said.

Jane explained that when she met Diddy in 2021, she was making money from influencing and receiving $4,700 a month in child support. After she met Diddy, she said her time influencing was cut down, and she most likely only met 10% of her income-earning potential.

Additionally, she explained that her decision to move into a rented home in April 2023 was motivated by the idea that she and Diddy could use the location for hotel nights. She explained that Diddy did not want information to leak about their activities and added that his employees knew nothing about their use of entertainers. Lastly, Jane noted that she and Diddy had done hotel nights at her previous apartment.

The defense divulged that Diddy paid $40,000 for the home up front, covering the security deposit, the first month’s rent, and last month’s rent. Additionally, he paid “several months” of rent in the event he ever decided to stop paying the fee.

“There were some times that I definitely felt that he would do that. And he used it kind of as a little tool. The rent was always just like a little reminder,” Jane said.

At this point, the jury was shown texts and audio messages shared between Diddy and Jane from March 2023. Prior to this, the pair had taken a trip to Turks and Caicos, where Jane accused Diddy of springing an entertainer on her, which resulted in an argument between them.

In the messages from the following month, Diddy and Jane appeared loving and reminiscing about all the fun they had. In the clip, Jane sounded happy and noted the fun she had on the trip.

“Everything just feels good, and I’m so happy,” she could be heard saying.

On the stand, Jane explained that her happiness was with her time spent with Diddy. Not the time they spent with the entertainer or during the hotel instances.

In about six months to a year after she started dating Diddy, Jane says he began a relationship with Yung Miami, which was hard for her to watch. She noted they appeared to be monogamous with one another to the public and were very open about their ties — unlike her relationship with Diddy.

“It was definitely not something that I signed up for,” Jane said. “I didn’t sign up to date a man that was in a public relationship.”

Back on the stand, Geragos suggested that Jane enjoyed “just about every minute” of the hotel nights with Diddy.

“During ‘hotel nights,’ the portion of me and him, yes, I loved that part,” Jane reiterated.

Jane explained that she and Diddy would have alone time for about 30 minutes to an hour before and after their hotel nights.

“He’s the most affectionate during these nights,” Jane said, explaining that Diddy wasn’t usually affectionate.

Furthermore, Jane confirmed that she was comfortable with being filmed in footage taken during the hotel nights for Diddy. She confirmed that she “put on a good show” for him in the clips because she knew he would watch them. Additionally, Jane shared that she did not enjoy watching the footage back herself.

“I did not like that part, but it was just a part of the relationship,” she said.

Lastly, Jane explained that on rare occasions, Diddy would end hotel nights early if she was uncomfortable or uninterested in the entertainers. She asserted that this only happened after she attempted to be sexual with them and voiced to Diddy that she absolutely couldn’t. On some occasions, she recalled crying after the encounters and noted that Diddy once stayed with her afterward to console her.

At this point, the defense shared texts between “Jane” and “KK.” Jane explained that she and Khorram were not close, and she believed Khorram did not like her.

“I believe that she had very strong opinions about me, which influenced a great deal of how Sean also treated me,” Jane said.

Additionally, she reiterated that Khorram was aware of Diddy’s drug use and her transport of substances for him.

Also, before the lunch break, Jane testified that she doesn’t think Diddy’s employees ever saw the male entertainers during cash deliveries. Additionally, she said that employees did not enter the hotel rooms in the middle of the sexual encounters. She also said she doesn’t believe the chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, knew about the hotel nights because Diddy had shared that KK would disapprove.

Defense lawyer Teny Geragos also referred to Jane’s testimony about Combs threatening her with sex tapes. Prosecution previously introduced texts between KK and Jane, the chief of staff, reassuring Diddy wouldn’t leak the tapes. Jane credited KK with Diddy giving her space after the threats.

Around 12:40 p.m. EST on Tuesday, June 10, the court broke for a lunch break with an anticipated return time of 1:20 p.m. EST.

After lunch, Diddy’s defense introduced more text messages between Jane and him, particularly from Halloween 2021. In them, Diddy asked Jane to “lead” after a rough day, and she suggested they “freshen up, have a drink,” and see where the night went. Later that night, they had a hotel night, despite Combs saying he didn’t want to be around people.

The next day, Jane admitted to texting the male entertainer “Sly” for sexual videos at Diddy’s request. A few days later, Jane invited Sly for a link-up, saying, “I’ll organize.” Again, Jane testified that the texts were sent at Diddy’s request. Both times Jane sent the texts, she and Diddy were allegedly together.

More text messages from November 2021 show Diddy texting Jane to “be explicit,” and she responded with more explicit texts about one of their hotel nights. She said she agreed to a hotel night later because “that was the only option” she had if she wanted to see Combs. And that’s what she wanted, she testified.

During continued cross-examination, the jury heard voice messages between Diddy and Jane on November 22, 2021. In them, Diddy seemingly suggested she set something up involving two male entertainers, Sly and Don. Jane responded that the trio’s “vision” was supposed to be a grand finale, like the completion of his album. She admitted to “trying to make excuses to get out” of the “hotel night” proposal.

Questioning from the defense then circled back to Jane’s previous testimony about her jealousy over Diddy’s public treatment of another woman. The defense called out one test where Jane expressed feeling frustrated about his pressure over a hotel night while spending quality time with another woman and buying her a Chanel bag.

Jane admitted to defense lawyer Geragos that she felt bothered by not getting much from the relationship, including lovely gifts and excursions, despite giving in to sex with male entertainers. Geragos pointed out that Jane got a Van Cleef necklace and Bottega Veneta bag, which she confirmed before shooting back, “I’m sure you have one.” Geragos denied that she owned the luxe bag, then asked how much Bottega bags cost. Jane shot back, “How much does my body cost?” The judge stepped in, telling her to answer the question, and she replied between $1,500 and $5,000 when the defense asked about prices again.

Following the interaction, Jane asked for a break. After the break, Jane testified that she profited “a little bit” from a business Combs had invested $20,000 in. She also confirmed that he never asked for profits from the company. Attorney Geragos also questioned Jane about her testimony regarding being unable to work while dating Diddy.

“Had I not dove headstrong on this relationship, I probably would’ve been a bit more successful in that timeframe,” Jane testified. Adding, “But that’s neither here nor there.”

The defense also shared texts from 2021 in which Jane seemed to speak of “hotel nights” and watching footage of them positively. On the stand, she said Diddy liked to recap the nights.

To other messages of Diddy suggesting they could be alone without an entertainer and no Molly use, Jane texted back that she’d believe it when she saw it. At that time, she also had told him she didn’t mind the hotel nights. She testified on Tuesday that her messages were meant to positively reinforce Diddy so he wouldn’t feel rejected.

Day 20 of the trial concluded with the cross-examination of Jane, which will likely resume on Wednesday. Day 21 will begin at 1 p.m. ET.

Diddy’s lawyer, Teny Geragos, said on Tuesday that she’s on track to finish her cross-examination of Jane by Thursday (June 12). Geragos said that prosecutors should have enough time to question Jane on redirect.  Prosecution has previously expressed concerns about that timeline due to an international flight Jane has booked for this week.

At court on Wednesday (June 11), Judge Arun Subramanian said he’ll weigh whether to dismiss Juror #6 and announce his decision tomorrow after receiving written arguments from both sides. Prosecutor Maurene Comey implied the juror had lied to the court, so they’re forced to request a dismissal despite not wanting to. Meanwhile, Diddy’s defense accused the government of finding a minimal reason to dismiss a Black juror.

Back on the stand, Jane testified that the longest hotel night she participated in was after New Year’s in 2022. She said the sex marathon lasted three days and involved three male entertainers. After New Year’s, Jane said she saw a post from Gina Huynh that suggested she was on vacation with Diddy. Text messages from Janaury 2022 show Jane expressing her frustration about the link-up, especially after what she described as an “amazing New Year’s week together.”

“You have me feeling so taken advantage of and regretting everything,” Jane reportedly texted Combs. She testified that she was considering ending the relationship after that incident.

Defense then circled back to discussing Jane’s birthday in 2022. She previously testified that Diddy and she had a hotel night that night, and that she became upset when he took a vacation for another woman’s birthday afterward. Jane said that she made Combs leave the vacation one day early by threatening not to participate in a Valentine’s Day hotel night. She told the defense that was the first time she “pulled that card.” She later rewarded him with a night at the hotel for leaving the vacation early. Jane testified to decorating the hotel room with rose petals and planning for two male entertainers at once. She said it was the first time she proposed the idea.

The following month, in March 2022, texts from Jane to Diddy demand that he ask another woman to delete a social media post. At the time, Combs had allegedly made Jane delete a post, but she later saw that Gina posted a photo with a necklace that matched a bracelet Diddy had previously given her. In her text, Jane claimed that Diddy was causing her anxiety over the situation. “To see these things were deeply hurtful to me,” she said.

Despite the hotel nights happening in early 2022, Jane testified that in the spring, there was a two-month period in which they spent time together with a hotel night. On June 19, she testified that Combs suggested one of the sexual escapades and she responded, “Not really in the mood for that part don’t wan to make you mad.” He replied, “all good” and suggested role play instead. That night, Jane said they had a “movie night” that involved watching past footage from hotel nights and pornography.

The following month, in July 2022, Jane and Diddy exchanged sexual texts in which he requested she call a male entertainer, before adding that Paul was free. Paul was an entertainer whom they frequently engaged. On the stand, Jane said that she understood the exchange to be Diddy giving her a choice between the two. He later relayed the meet-up details, asking if that was “cool.” The following day, Jane texted him in part, “Last night was amazing.”

About a week after said hotel night, Diddy suggested another one with Paul or another entertainer. Jane expressed that she had previously gotten the ick from the other entertainer and didn’t want him. Diddy agreed and allegedly arranged a hotel night with Paul. On the stand, Jane said that Diddy presented the idea as if there wasn’t a choice to skip the hotel night, only a choice between entertainers. After the late July hotel night, Jane said she spent a few days alone with Combs.

Jane confirmed that she participated in another hotel night on August 3, 2022, but it was at her home at the time. The next day, she texted Diddy, “That was so much fun, baby,” per text messages shared in court. She sent another message discussing her love for him, writing, “My love for you is unconditional and for life.” On the stand, Jane confirmed she sent the messages after a hotel night, but clarified that her feelings were directed at Combs only.

Under cross-examination, the defense also explored Jane and Diddy’s relationship in 2023. They presented texts from February of Jane asking Combs for $15,000 for her birthday festivities, including covering dinner with friends and an outfit. She confirmed that Diddy paid for the dinner. Afterward, she traveled to Miami to celebrate with him, but was hesitant about dining at a  Nobu inside a hotel and asked about other options. Despite her suggestion, they dined there anyway. The jury was allowed to see photos from the dinner. “I’m asking if he could please romance me outside of hotel rooms,” she said on the stand.

After dinner, Diddy had arranged a hotel night, which Jane said she went along with because her “circumstances were [her] options” in the relationship. She added that she was adapting to her circumstances and environment, including hotel nights.

“So yes, there were moments I suggest or organize things under the pressures of my lover, yes,” Jane testified.

Diddy’s lawyer, Geragos, introduced a photo of Jane appearing happy after receiving jewelry as birthday gifts. She explained that she had just gotten the presents and was under the influence of ecstasy. When Geragos suggested she might’ve been “so excited,” Jane admitted that she craved Diddy’s affection.

“Any type of affection at this point in my life that I received from Sean, I received them with open arms,” Jane said. Her expression in the moment appeared happy because she felt that way about being “wrapped up in [her] lover’s arms.”

Again, Diddy’s defense introduced text messages of Jane admitting to enjoying the birthday hotel night, which included sex with three male entertainers. In one text, Jane told Diddy she “loved and appreciated every detail” he put into her birthday.

The jury also revisited texts Jane later sent him after him took another woman to Turks & Caicos soon after her birthday. She said she felt “hurt” by being forced to sleep with three men while he took another woman on a “beautiful vacation.”

“Whereas, I’m alone and recovering from having to sleep with three men that I didn’t want to sleep with,” she testified.

Jane said she and Diddy broke up for several weeks after the birthday argument before rekindling. Though he threatened break-ups, Jane also said he would blow up her phone a week after doing so.

In the continued cross-examination, the defense addressed text messages between Diddy and Jane on March 2, 2023. In them, Combs apologized for the “stupid lie” about vacationing with another woman and talked about losing one of his “closest friends.” She agreed to link up as friends when he later asked to see her, but rejected the suggestion of a hotel night. That’s when they began planning the makeup Turks & Caicos birthday trip, which included an unplanned “hotel night,” Jane previously testified. Diddy’s defense said he spent $55,000 on the trip.

The court took a break shortly after.

Back on the stand, the defense pulled up a message from Jane to Sly, inviting him on her and Diddy’s 2023 trip to Turks & Caicos.

“Would you be available to come to Turks by any chance? You would need a passport and I think a vaccination card let me know what you think,” she wrote in the message.

While testifying, Jane explained that she “believe[d] [her] lover wanted [her] to send a message to (Sly) to invite him on the trip.” To note, Paul ended up joining her and Diddy in Turks and Caicos. In previous testimony, Jane noted that she felt she ruined their hotel night, which led to her and Diddy meeting Sly in Miami after their Turks trip concluded.

Jane became emotional and paused to wipe her face with a tissue while the defense read an April 2023 text exchange with Diddy. To note, April 2023 marked the period when Jane moved into the home Diddy rented for her.

“The fact that you are the reason for my child’s joy is a feeling inside me that I cant explain. I love you so much as my friend my lover, my boyfriend even though you don’t like that word,” she wrote in the message.

After the text was read, Jane paused to compose herself. From that point, Jane confirmed that she helped take care of Diddy after medical treatment in June 2023. She testified that in July 2023, they resumed their hotel nights. Furthermore, a text was read from the day after the encounter where Jane expressed her love for Diddy.

Circling back to Jane confronting Diddy over a podcast he sat down for in 2023, where he said he had sex with a woman for about 48 hours, the jury was shown their text messages. As Jane testified, she threatened that she would not meet him in New York for a hotel night. However, she later gave in to his request. Furthermore, while she was flying en route to him, he sent her a message about the entertainer he wanted for the night. She responded with a “thumbs up.”

“Thumbs up can also be a little bit sarcastic,” she told the court, explaining that her intent was mostly to let Diddy know she had read his message.

After the trip, Jane texted Diddy:

“I actually want to apologize for the list of things I was saying were making me unhappy.”

In October 2023, Jane and Diddy argued over his spending time with Gina Huynh. She told the court that Diddy and Gina “had a lot of public problems,” which bled over into her relationship with him.

“Girl stop. You know I don’t feed into this. I need you. You’re the only thing that’s going to put me at peace, please,” Diddy wrote to Jane in one message.

When asked if she believes the hotel nights put Diddy at peace, Jane confirmed. Additionally, the defense asked Jane about the sobriety party — previously, she described the night as one of the two times she didn’t use drugs before a hotel encounter. Jane explained that she “unfortunately” agreed to the night. Then, when asked if she regretted the decision, she said:

“I resent him for knowing how much I loved him and how I couldn’t say no to him.”

At that point, the court was shown footage of Jane and Diddy laughing together at his home after the party. They had reportedly told each other they both were depressed, and Jane arrived at his home to keep him company. In the clip, Diddy could be heard telling her that he was in a “dark hole,” and she came there to “save” him.

“You did some saving on me that I didn’t even know,” Jane replied to him in the clip.

Court concludes for the day.

Diddy’s trial resumed on June 12, marking day 22 and Jane’s sixth consecutive one on the stand. Ahead of the jury entering the courtroom, the mogul’s defense argued for allowing more messages between Diddy and Jane. Geragos wants to play an audio Diddy sent Jane in December 2023, saying he didn’t know how she felt about the hotel nights.

However, US Attorney Maurene Comey said that by then, Cassie’s detailed lawsuit and the settlement were public knowledge. Comey suggested Diddy may have been creating a false narrative to protect himself.

Judge Subramanian ruled that the audio should be excluded, but Geragos can ask Jane what Combs said about her feelings in December 2023.  After the ruling, the judge, the lead counsel, and Jane’s attorney retreated to the judge’s robing room. During that time, CNN reports that Diddy spoke intensely with his other three lawyers in the courtroom. The private huddle ended with prosecution and defense returning to their teams to discuss before returning to the robing room.

Jane returned to the stand as defense attorney Teny Geragos continued cross-examination on day 22 of the trial. Geragos circled back to December 2023, the month after Cassie’s lawsuit was filed and settled.

“We were both equally pulled in our own emotional battlefields like every which way,” Jane testified, reflecting on the period. “[It was] a lot for me to wrap my head around.”

Around this time, Diddy voiced to her that he wasn’t aware of how she was feeling about the hotel nights. He allegedly apologized to her. Jane testified that she believed his apology was real, noting that he encouraged her to be more communicative with her moving forward.

Circling back to the Las Vegas trip, Jane explained that she and her friends flew to Las Vegas on the aforementioned rapper’s private jet. To note, Diddy was unaware of the trip at the time, due to their relationship break. Furthermore, Jane confirmed that the unnamed rapper is an “icon in the music industry.” Additionally, she noted that the trip was the celebrate the rapper’s partner’s birthday.

She added that both she and Diddy were aware that Anton would travel with the rapper and his wife. Nonetheless, she was a “little bit” surprised to see him on the trip. Additionally, she noted that the rapper flirted with her while they were in the Las Vegas hotel room amid the group sex act.

“He said something like he thought I was beautiful and always wanted to ‘blank’ me,” she explained, noting that she flashed her chest to the group at the hotel, adding that it was an “in the moment thing.”

During the interaction, Jane noted that the rapper asked her if she knew “anybody else in the lifestyle.” She noted that she recommended Sly. Lastly, Jane noted that she suspected the rapper asked her the question because he suspected Jane and Diddy were also in the “lifestyle.”

Jane noted spending her birthday with Diddy in Miami the following month.  He reportedly planned a five-course meal and lined the dinner table with gifts and decorations. She described the instance as “everything” she “ever wanted” from their relationship and noted that they resumed their hotel nights, feeling that it would “be a forever thing” in their romance. Additionally, she explained that she saw “changes” in Diddy after Cassie’s lawsuit.

“You said Sean would write to you, ‘I’m single, I’m polyamorous,’ and that hurt you?” the defense asked Jane, to which she agreed. “After the lawsuit, he went to saying, ‘We are in a relationship, you are my girlfriend,’ that mean alot to you?”

Jane confirmed, adding, “I felt like I could assert myself a little more.” She explained that Diddy spent more time with her and became more loving. She noted that her love for him grew.

Returning to May 2024, when CNN published the March 2016 footage of Diddy assaulting Cassie, Jane explained that she was shocked to see the footage. Additionally, she noted that she “had never seen Combs act like that before.” She noted that Diddy tried to get into a “program” to address his behavior.

When asked if the program rejected him, prosecutors objected to the question, leading to a sidebar. After the sidebar, Jane told the court that the months after the footage was released were a difficult time for Diddy. From there, the defense pointed to the June 2024 assault incident between Jane and Diddy. Jane confirmed that she and Diddy both had two shots of tequila and two glasses of champagne and were arguing over a woman when she pushed Diddy’s head “medium hard” into the marble counter. She had never had an altercation with him before, and she called him a pedophile despite him not being with a woman under the age of 18.

“I think it was just a ball of emotions that night. There was a lot of just resentment for so many things,” she told the court.

Court then broke for lunch.

When the court returned, jurors were reportedly given headphones to hear unsealed audio. Jane reiterated that during the June 2024 assault incident with Diddy, she called the woman she speculated he was with on a trip to Utah. The woman reportedly told Jane she was “worried about the wrong things and shouldn’t be panicking.” Things deescalated with Diddy’s assistant telling Jane that the woman wasn’t on the trip with Diddy.

After the fight, Jane reiterated that she had taken a shower, and Diddy entered wearing shorts. She admitted to calling him a “b***h,” and him slapping her three times in response. Jane reiterated that afterward, Diddy found the messages between her and Anton about the January 2024 Las Vegas excursion. Additionally, she confirmed Anton arriving at the location. Amid this, she reflected on the private conversation she shared with Diddy, detailing the Vegas events. She noted that she didn’t tell Diddy she flashed her chest to the room or referred “Sly” to the unnamed rapper.

The defense asserted that Diddy yelled at Jane for attending “another man’s freak-off.” Furthermore, Jane reiterated that Diddy pushed a pill in her mouth and ordered her to have sex with Anton. She reiterated that she only had oral sex with the escort that evening.

The defense asked if this was the only time she didn’t have an intimate session with Diddy after the hotel night. Jane confirmed. The defense reiterated that this occurred after Diddy noted his frustration with her attending the rapper’s freak-off.

Afterward, Jane’s correspondence with Diddy was them speaking about breaking up. She noted that reports then surfaced around July 4, 2024, about Diddy traveling in Wyoming with another woman.

“I was at home with a black eye,” Jane testified, noting she blocked Diddy until later that month she heard about the hospitalization of his mother.

By July 2024, Jane testified that much of her interactions with Diddy were about their relationship. In texts, Combs allegedly told her they should be friends with no beef, and that she disrespected him by attending his friend’s “Freak Off.” Meanwhile, Jane clapped back that she had wasted three years of her life, writing texts like: “Please stop acting like I didn’t shelf myself to be just only your girl.” 

“At least say you understand that it wasn’t cool to have me just doing hotel nights and everyone got private jets all over the world. I don’t even have anything post worthy from our relationship,” Jane said in another text.

An additional text from Jane said, “My dumb a** thought if I f**ked more and did more hotels, I’ll finally get a trip.” They planned for her to visit him in Miami at the end of July—a trip she previously testified about, in which they stayed at the Four Seasons.

Defense attorney Teny Geragos circled back to Jane’s testimony about a fight during a Miami trip where Combs allegedly splashed water on her and called her a b***h, then apologized.

On cross, Jane confirmed that she first told prosecutors this story on June 1, calling it a new memory. She also confirmed that she had mentioned missing one of their entertainers, Paul, to Combs while under the influence of ecstasy. Jane said they linked with Paul at Combs’ Miami home later and had a “love fest,” which she admitted to enjoying. The Miami trip ended after a fight about another woman.

After the Miami trip, Jane and Diddy talked about seeing a therapist, per text messages. They texted about loving each other, but their “toxic stuff” continued to affect the relationship. She last saw Diddy in Miami in August 2024, before his arrest the next month. She called the trip “OK” on the stand, and admitted to previously telling prosecutors it ended positively.

Geragos questioned Jane about the Kobe, Jordan and Shaq reference. Jane said she was called Kobe because, "I'm the best," and Diddy was called Jordan because, "He's the best."

Jane: "I wrote, 'You are definitely my Michael Jordan and I am Kobe, detox weekend.'"

Cross-examination ended afterward, and the judge dismissed the jury for a small break. Before leaving the courtroom for the break, Diddy allegedly grabbed tissues and dabbed his eyes.

On redirect, prosecutor Comey referenced a text thread from June 2022. At the time, Jane texted Diddy that she knew “what” he wanted but wasn’t “in the mood for that.” She added, “Don’t want to make you mad,” given that he allegedly hinted at wanting an “intimate night.” He said “All good,” but in a separate text message to entertainer Paul an hour later, Combs wrote, “Imma need you to persuade her.” Jane said she wasn’t aware he had sent the message then.

Prosecutor Comey also referenced a text Jane sent Paul in March 2023 after a 24-hour hotel night with him and Diddy. She told the male entertainer that Combs didn’t make her feel “like a human being.”

“It had been 24 hours with no breaks for me and at first I was going with the flow for the second linkup, but I had warned him that I just felt overwhelmed to overperform for a moment I’ve never done before. I’m not a robot, just a mix of tired, hungry, sleepy, sore,” she texted Paul, after Diddy had accused her of being rude to him.

When asked why she sent Combs loving messages after a Turks & Caicos trip, Jane admitted to being in a confusing cycle with Diddy. He love-bombed her in between the sexual exploitation, she testified.

“I was just able to compartmentalize all the bad stuff,” she said. “All the loving messages are just me focusing on all the good parts of us.”

Under redirect, Jane testified that she often faked orgasms during hotel nights. “I was putting on a show,” she testified. As for positive messages to entertainers after a hotel night, Jane said she didn’t want the men to “feel used.”

She also admitted that she can’t remember every date of every hotel night. “I wish I could forget them,” she said. Comey also asked Jane about bringing up other women while discussing hotel nights with Diddy.

“What I was trying to express every time I brought up women was: Why? Why do I have to be degraded in order to be with you?”Jane testified with emotion. She added, “Why do I have to break all my boundaries and compromise on myself, but they don’t have to, but they can still experience you in the way I want to?”

While answering redirect questions, Jane said she began speaking out of hotel nights in 2021, but became more vocal in 2023. One day before a hotel night under the guise of a “sobriety party,” Jane told Combs in text that she didn’t want to be “mistreated,” and didn’t want to have “loveless, cold sex.”

“I’m not a porn star, I’m not an animal, I need a break. I don’t want to do anything, I’ve hit a wall, she wrote to Combs. She added that it had been three years of her engaging in sex acts with strangers.

“Sex is sacred to me and I can’t be used like this anymore. I just wanted to make you happy but it’s creating a war inside me. I need a break. I can’t be in another hotel room doing drugs and performing exhausted sex for days.”

Prosecutor Comey also asked about Diddy’s energy on June 18, 2024, the night he allegedly assaulted her. She described his demeanor as “evil” and said her strength couldn’t compare to his. She also described injuries such as a developing black eye, a leg bruise, and three welts on her head. She used her arm to demonstrate how Combs choked her that night. She admitted that there were instances that night when she could’ve safely left, such as when she was curled up in the yard.

Under redirect, Jane also said she would give up gifts and money Diddy gave her if it meant never having to be sexual with other men during their relationship. Jane said she had no financial gain from testifying in the trial, but she did because she was subpoenaed.

Redirect ended afterward, and Attorney Geragos started another recross-examination.

Under recross examination, the defense asked for more details about the June 18 incident. She agreed that she knew male entertainer Antoine was coming over, only had her phone number, and that she drove her car to let him into the neighborhood. Geragos asked why she didn’t leave while allowing the male entertainer in. Jane clarified that she never told Antoine she didn’t want him to come in or didn’t want to engage in sex acts with him.

In response to a question by the defense, Jane confirmed that she knew the feds were investigating Diddy at that point.

Attorney Geragos also called out Jane’s comments under redirect about returning material things Diddy gave her. “You were not willing to give up your home right,” the lawyer asked, to which Jane replied, “That’s where me and my child live…That’s a very hard question to answer.” When the lawyer asked if she wanted to stay in the home so that’s why she pressed on, Jane again said it was a “hard” question due to being “in the position.”

Geragos also asked Jane about how monthly income. In addition to $5,000 a month in child support, Jane revealed she makes more than $10,000 a month on OnlyFans, and the most she’s ever made on the fan site in one month was $50,000. When Geragos suggested she could pay her own rent, Jane said she’s catching up on three years of debt.

Geragos then said that Combs gave Jane more than $150,000 while they were together and paid her rent for the three years they dated. Jane clapped back, “Is that all I’m worth in three years.” When the lawyer asked if she wanted “more than that,” Jane asked what Geragos thought her worth was before answering “no.”

Jane also testified to buying Combs a portable TV to distract him with “movie nights,” which involved him and her watching tapes of her having sex with other men.

Before getting off the stand, she said that “just because [Diddy] said” they could break up if she wanted, doesn’t mean he meant it. She also admitted that she did not want to end the relationship.

Off the stand, Jane embraced prosecutor Comey and defense attorney Teny Geragos. Shortly afterward, the judge dismissed the jury, and the court ended for the day.

Friday, June 13, kicked off with the prosecution and defense attorneys discussing the upcoming testimony of a special agent slated to take the stand next. The agent is expected to testify about guns recovered from Diddy’s residence. The defense reportedly argued that the agent who should take the stand is the one who found the guns, not the one who later dealt with the weapons in the investigative process. The defense argued that the guns were found “responsibly maintained by a professional security service behind a locked door.” In turn, the prosecution argued that the special agents don’t keep a log of which cleared what during initial searches. Therefore, it may not be possible to distinguish which agent initially found the weapons.

Additionally, the judge circled back to prosecutors’ request that Juror 6 be dismissed from the case for lack of candor with the court. Questions reportedly swirled around the jury’s residence. However, concerns have since been calmed, the judge explained.

The court kicked off with jurors hearing messages between Diddy and his chief of staff, “KK.” In the messages, he urged “KK” to ensure “Robin” paid Jane’s rent on time. Furthermore, the messages were shared in November 2023. To note, Diddy paid Jane’s rent from 2023 to the present day.

“Robin said her rent was paid,” KK replied to Diddy.

Then, another message was read between Cassie and D-Roc from January 2017.

“My bathroom door is broken down. He’s blaming me for going to someone else’s house when I pulled over to see if I was being followed and I was. He has my key so I’m leaving. I do not feel safe. I’m not f*****g with anyone else,” she told D-Roc.

D-Roc reportedly replied, saying he could not retrieve her keys from Diddy but believed things would be okay since he and she were physically separated.

Special Agent Andre LaMon then took the stand, confirming that he searched Diddy’s residence in Los Angeles, California, in March 2024. The jury was then shown photos of items confiscated from the residence. This included photos of his nightstands with six manila envelopes marked with the letter “K.” The envelopes reportedly contained white powder, which tested positive for ketamine. Furthermore, several cell phones were found in the house, and the jury was shown photos of items found in a safe inside Diddy’s master closet. The safe contained his passport and a plastic bag with a brown substance in it, which tested positive as MDMA.

Additionally, the agent said 200 bottles of baby oil were confiscated from the residence, in addition to 900 bottles of Astroglide. The jury was then shown photos of the items along with lingerie. Furthermore, the agent testified that a Ruger firearm, a Glock pistol, an AR-15 platform, a Smith & Wesson rifle, a Mossberg shotgun, and a drum magazine were found in the residence. The rounds for the drum were reportedly “green-tip ammunition,” which can pierce body armor. LaMon also noted that the serial number on one of the weapons appeared to have been wiped off.

Marc Agnifilo began cross-examination of special agent LaMon. When asked, LaMon confirmed that a security team protected Diddy’s residence. He then clarified that the designated security room was where all of the firearms and ammunition were found. Additionally, he explained that a special response team cleared the home before he and fellow agents entered. Therefore, he wouldn’t know if the weapons were found inside the firearm safe, if the safe was locked, or if the door to the security room was locked before agents arrived.

The defense then concluded its cross-examination of special agent LaMon with the jury taking a 15-minute break.

Kanye West arrived at the courthouse around 11:25 AM EST on Friday, June 13.

This update arrived amid one of Diddy’s ex-personal assistants, Jonathan Perez, being immunized ahead of taking the stand. During this time, the prosecution also called out Diddy for again nodding at the jury. Ultimately, the judge explained that some reaction is expected during the trial.

“…it is impossible to police every reaction from every person in this courtroom,” the judge said.

Additionally, CNN reports that a source questioned Ye if he was there to support Diddy to which he confirmed.

Amid Ye leaving the courthouse after being there for about 40 minutes, Perez’s testimony began. He explained he was Diddy’s personal assistant between December 2021 and September 2024. Furthermore, he noted his starting salary was $85,000, and he later made around $100,000. Khristina Khorram reportedly was his direct supervisor, and his usual day ran from about 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Per Perez, Diddy utilized about three to four personal assistants at a time.

“Hotel Nights” were referred to as “King Nights” by Khristina Khorram to Perez. These would be times Diddy would be accompanied by a female at a hotel for “private time.”

” [A] female friend [of Diddy’s], companion, I’m not sure exactly,” Perez described when referring to Jane.

Staff would reportedly receive two hours up to a full day’s notice to prepare for “king nights” for Diddy. Perez explained that whichever assistant worked into the night would set up for the king nights. He noted that he mostly worked in the day, so he most likely only set up about five king nights for Diddy.

“It was a lot of packing materials, making sure that he was going to have everything he would need for 12 to 24 hours without having to bother anybody,” Perez said, adding that “food, liquor, music, red lights, condoms, lubricant, and sometimes honey” were items included

He noted going to sex stores to purchase outfits and heels for the nights, adding, he would pay for the items with his company card or cash from security.

“Just bit of a mess and in disarray,” he noted of the aftermath of the rooms, some of which he cleaned to ensure no items were left behind. “Just like lots of sheets and towels and oils.”

After, Perez would book a massage, a meal, or an IV drip for Diddy to recover.

At this point, the jury was shown texts Perez sent to Diddy and Jane on August 12, 2023.

“Just left two candles and room phone in front of room door. I’m only 9 minutes away if y’all need anything,” it said.

The jury also saw separate messages of Perez, Khorram, and another assistant setting up another hotel room. Furthermore, another set of messages from May 2023 was shown where an assistant noted “slipp[ing] and [falling] twice” in a hotel room, presumably from the present baby oil.

On one occasion at Diddy’s Los Angeles home, Perez says a videographer found a sexually explicit video of Jane engaging in intercourse with another man. The video was found on an iPad usually used by Diddy’s staff. Furthermore, when Perez explained the occurrence to Diddy, he says, Diddy seemed surprised. Khorram reportedly told Perez that if the incident happened again, he should inform her and she would “deal with” Diddy.

Six months later, Khorram asked Perez how the video was found when she received a call about the footage from a third party. The jury then heard audio of the call between Khorram and Perez, to which he says he was unaware was recorded.

At this point, the court broke for lunch with an anticipated return time of 1:30 PM EST.

When the jury returned, they were shown a photo of Diddy’s Gucci pouch. Perez explained that Diddy kept the pouch filled with drugs and money. Furthermore, he noted that Diddy always had the pouch with him during king nights. Perez explained that during his employment, he got drugs, including Xanax, cocaine, and Molly, for Diddy from someone named “Guido” and “Babygirl.” Furthermore, he would pay for the drugs with money from Diddy’s Gucci pouch or from his security.

At that point, the jury was shown a text from Perez to one of Diddy’s security in February 2024, explaining that $700 was given to the individual named Guido.

Perez confirmed he dropped items off at Jane’s residence on June 18, 2024, for her hotel night with Diddy. Furthermore, he confirmed that Diddy FaceTimed him that evening, asking him to confirm that he wasn’t with a woman in Utah. Perez reiterated this and the call subsequently ended.

He noted seeing Jane in the frame. However, he said she did not speak during the call.

Perez explained that he stopped working for Diddy in September 2024.

“There was a lot going on personally for Mr. Combs and there wasn’t a lot of communication about what was happening, so I thought it was a good time to leave to hopefully avoid a situation like this,” he said, noting the last time he spoke to Diddy was the day of his arrest.

When asked how he feels about Diddy know, Perez replied:

“I feel great about him, the same way I felt when I was leaving my employment.”

Perez reiterated his respect for Diddy while adding that there were moments he saw the mogul sad and crying. Brian Steel asked Perez if he remembered seeing Diddy sad or crying on October 26, 2023. However, Perez explained he couldn’t remember if he saw Diddy cry on that date.

Additionally, Steel asked if Perez would sometimes do tasks for Diddy that were of a personal nature and not necessarily part of his work description. Perez confirmed, referring to setting up for the “king nights” and purchasing drugs. Perez added that he did not get paid for these tasks.

Furthermore, Perez noted that Jane would help him pick out lingerie, heels, and dresses for her. To him, she appeared to be a “willing participant” who didn’t appear to hesitate at the hotel nights. He stated that Jane never seemed unhappy after hotel nights.

Perez estimated that he spent 1% of his employment time on personal matters for Diddy. Specifically, he noted his personal concern on a matter, citing the discovery of the tape of Jane. Additionally, he explained that Diddy instructed him to never speak of his king nights to anyone. Perez added that he never saw Diddy assault anyone.

Lastly, he explained that he wasn’t sure if the purchases he made for Diddy’s hotel nights on the company card were paid off with company money or Diddy’s personal money.

At this point, the jury was shown texts between Jane and Perez discussing the king nights. In some messages, they planned the nights while in others, they’d discuss tasks for Perez to handle. Steel asked Perez to confirm that on all of those occasions, Jane was not upset.

At that point, Prosecutor Madison Smyser took on the redirect examination of Perez.

“Was your title personal assistant, or business assistant?” she asked.

He replied, “Personal.” Furthermore, Perez confirmed that duties included buying personal cards, gifts, and flowers for Diddy and his girlfriends.

On recross by the defense, Perez reiterated that he didn’t know whether expenses for Diddy were paid for through his company money or through his personal money.

At that point, the jury was dismissed for the week. Subsequently, the judge explained that he will likely dismiss juror no. 6 after learning the juror has been “inconsistent in answering questions about where he lives.” It appears the judge will ponder the decision over the weekend.
