Halle Bailey’s recent restraining order against her ex, DDG, left the internet shocked. Now, her declaration has surfaced online, detailing alleged physical and verbal abuse, trespassing, and harassment by the father of her son, Halo. Halle’s court filings allegedly suggest things got volatile between the exes, from a smashed Ring camera to a chipped tooth. DDG Allegedly Smashed Halle’s Ring Camera
In one of the recent incidents, Halle accused DDG of losing it at her home on March 7. According to her court docs, DDG showed up while she and Halo were sick. When Halle refused to let Halo leave due to his illness, things got ugly fast. “He raised his voice and became verbally abusive toward me, hurling bad names at me,” Halle stated.
She alleges DDG unplugged her Ring camera, threw it outside, and later smashed it when he noticed it was back on. But things continued from there. He allegedly locked her out, snatched her phone, and drove off, tossing it out the window while yelling, “Go get it, B***H.”
DDG Allegedly Forced Halle Bailey To Pay For His Mom’s Flight
While filming in New Jersey in April, Halle alleges that she arranged for DDG’s mother to pick up Halo for a visit. She continued, sharing that DDG bought a one-way ticket for his mom, Tonya Granberry, but demanded Halle cover the return cost. “He demanded I pay the cost of the return ticket and would not book it,” she wrote.
The ‘Little Mermaid’ star had to ring up her lawyer to draft an agreement to ensure Halo’s return, all while juggling her work commitments. “It created tremendous stress for me and disrupted my work while I was dealing with Darryl’s threats,” she added.

She also recalled an alleged incident in January when DDG came to pick up Halo. Halle claims she welcomed DDG into her home and asked when he’d return Halo, but he ignored her. The back and forth carried on as they walked back to the rapper’s car. “He did not want to talk and refused to tell me when he would bring Halo back,” she shared.
Things allegedly turned physical when Halle, who was barefoot and placing Halo into the car seat, pleaded with DDG to stop calling her names. “The next thing I knew, things got physical between us. We fought each other, wrestling and tussling,” Halle revealed. She alleges DDG pulled her hair and slammed her face into the steering wheel, which caused her tooth to get chipped. Additionally, she claims his family dismissed her pleas for a custody schedule as she recalled personally meeting with DDG’s mom. “I left hysterical,” she admitted.

Halle Accused DDG Of Trespassing
Another allegation made against DDG was trespassing. In March, the Twitch streamer allegedly entered Halle’s home without her permission. While she was away, she claimed that DDG entered without permission despite not having a key. “I will bring a copy of the Ring camera footage from that day that shows Darryl entering my sliding door,” Halle declared. She claims he went to her bedroom, snapped pics of her empty bed, and sent a threatening text. “now I know what u been on Joi,” implied she was seeing other guys.
“This left me feeling very unsafe and nervous that he would enter my home again,” Halle shared.

Halle Claims She Was Harassed By DDG On Mother's Day Weekend
On top of that, Halle accuses DDG of harassing her on Mother’s Day weekend, claiming she was with another man in St. Lucia. Halle says she had actually taken the trip with her sister, Chloe, and their manager/godmother, Shermay. She also included a text message she sent to her ex after blowing up her phone.

Halle Also Accuses DDG Of Disappearing On Halo For Weeks
Halle claims DDG goes “weeks without contact” before demanding Halo. On May 5, while Halle was in New York for the Met Gala, she claims DDG went live on Twitch and ignited a “free Halo” movement with his fans by implying Halle was keeping their son from him. “His fans then began accusing me of refusing to share Halo and being out partying with other men,” Halle shared, noting the timing ruined her Met Gala night. She’s also frustrated by DDG’s refusal to contribute to Halo’s expenses, despite her never seeking child support. “I have asked him to contribute to Halo’s expenses. Only on one occasion has he done so,” she revealed.

Halle Wants To Take Halo To Europe For Two Months This Summer
Halle further mentioned that she’s gearing up for a new project that begins filming in Italy on June 7, and wants to take Halo with her. She’s expected to stay abroad for eight weeks, the declaration mentions. A judge has reportedly already approved the trip.
“I have been and remain the only caretaker of Halo throughout his entire life,” she asserted, expressing concerns about leaving him with DDG, who often travels.
