Saweetie and her alleged dating roster have been trending topics for the last 48 hours.

Why Is Everyone Chattin’ About Saweetie’s Intimate Life?

Her bedroom business went viral after Chris Brown seemingly claimed they slept together. Breezy dropped the bombshell allegation in the song ‘Weakest Link,’ a diss track aimed at Saweetie’s ex-boyfriend Quavo. The song went live on YouTube on April 20.

To be clear, the ‘No Guidance’ artist doesn’t explicitly name-drop her but seemingly plays on Diamanté’s stage name.

“…’Cause I f**ked yo’ ex when you were still with her b***h, I’m up lil n***a / They say revenge sweet, now think about that sh*t / Don’t let that line go over your head, I might just sing about that sh*t /I had her feinding ’bout that d**k there’s something sweet about that sh*t / I got some tea up out that b**ch, but I ain’t go speak about that sh*t.”

Saweetie seemingly responded to Chris’ sexual allegations a few hours after the release of ‘Weakest Link.’ She took to X, suggesting she plans to rewrite her verses for her forthcoming single. Breezy hasn’t yet cleared up or denied whether he was talking about Saweetie in his bars.

Icy Girl Defends Her Music While The Innanet Begs For Answers

As mentioned, the innanet has been on overdrive for the last two days, trying to verify Chris Brown’s alleged claims.

Meanwhile, Saweetie hasn’t given the track any additional energy. Instead, she recently took to X to defend her pop raps after a user called her projects “retail music.”

“Retail music makes ppl wanna shop more I guess I’m helping the economy,” she posted.

Elsewhere on her X timeline, Diamanté has been promoting her upcoming single ‘Nani.’ On Monday (April 22), she revealed that the song’s treatment is complete.

Saweetie’s Dating History Explained

We can’t say whether there’s any truth to Chris Brown’s alleged claims regarding the Icy Girl. However, the Bay Area rapper has been attached to a few entertainers over the years. Most recently on her roster was YG.

YG and her sparked talks of a rekindled romance after an intimate performance in mid-March. At the time, they exchanged “I love yous” amid some flirting on stage at X. This update happened after a source close to them told The Shade Room in January that they had mutually split. They first sparked dating rumors last May.

YG has not shared a reaction to Brown’s alleged claims, but the innanet has been trolling him since the release of ‘Weakest Link.’ The status of their romantic connection at this time is also unclear.

Saweetie and Keith Powers were romantically linked before splitting in 2014. The actor told ‘Hollywood Unlocked’ in 2017 that the relationship ended because it was “too toxic,” per Pop Sugar.

The artist has also been linked to Diddy’s son, Justin Combs. They reportedly met in 2016, but the length of the relationship or the reason for its end remains unclear.

Before YG, Saweetie was in a public relationship with Quavo from 2018 to 2021.

The pair inspired all types of baewatch vibes until the split seemingly got messy. The ‘Best Friend’ rapper was forced to make a public statement when footage surfaced of her and Quavo tussling over a gaming system in an elevator.

In another instance, reports surfaced that Quavo had taken back a custom Bentley he gifted Saweetie and put it on sale.

On Monday (April 22), Quavo reacted to Chris Brown’s claim regarding Saweetie in a diss track called ‘Over Ho*s & B*****s.’ He suggested he could turn another model into the Icy Girl if he chose to.

Saweetie reacted by releasing a January-dated DM from her ex.

By October 2021, Saweetie took to X (formerly Twitter) to deny that she and Roddy Ricch were dating. They had been photographed sitting next to each other at a Los Angeles Lakers game.

The following month, in November, social media users dug into Saweetie and Lil Baby‘s posts and identified him as the mystery man Saweetie posted in a round-up. In the picture, she was sitting in the man’s lap.

Soon after, he issued a statement saying he was “single,” and about a year later, Baby denied the man in the photo was him.

Also, in November 2021, rumors spread that she was dating Damson Idris after he shared a video of her playing the piano for him. Months later, in March 2022, he clarified that they were just friends.

Megan Thee Stallion's Bedroom Business Was Also Put On Blast

Amid Saweetie’s trending dating history, there were also mentions of Megan Thee Stallion. Earlier this year, the singer released the track ‘Hiss’ addressing folks digging into her dating history.

“Bodies on bodies, on bodies on bodies
Say he f**ked Megan, and now he the topic / These n****s thinking they lowered the value. All this free promo, I’m turning a profit / Hate when a n**** be kissing and telling. Say he a playa, but he in his feelings (what?) / Bet I won’t give up the p***y again. Sh*t, should’ve gave it to his friend.”

Later in the track, she rapped:

“I just wanna f**k my n***a in peace, But all my old n****s still love me / N****s ain’t hit this p***y in years / Damn, I knew my sh*t was heat / None of you n****s is wife material / None of you n****s was worth all the drama / None of you n****s was hitting it raw and mad / I’m not one of yo baby mamas.”

Over the weekend, X (formerly Twitter) users compared how the public seemed to embrace promiscuity in Saweetie’s case but didn’t in Megan’s.

Neither of the rap girlies has paid the comparisons dust, though!
