Whew! Roomies, the internet is side-eyeing Muni Long after she shared her opinion on one of Lyfe Jennings songs. Lyfe happened to catch the lil’ shade and ended up clapping right back at her with a response. Let’s get into it!
Okay, so BOOM! Muni Long had social media asking, “What’s Tea?” after she randomly shared her thoughts on Lyfe Jennings’ 2004 track, ‘Must Be Nice.’ She hit the internet with a post basically calling the record toxic writing, “Maturing is realizing Lyfe Jennings was really a hatin a** n***a…. ‘must be nice…’ is crazy.” As of right now, no one knows why Muni came for Jennings over the soulful song, but her words definitely threw social media off.
Lyfe Jennings happened to peep Muni Long’s comment. He didn’t waste any time responding, basically telling her it’s still all love despite her take on his classic record. “Maturing is realizing that looking through a filter of trauma will have you seeing grey skies where there are only blue. Im still a fan miss long. Be blessed,” Lyfe wrote.
Meanwhile, over in The Shade Room’s comment section, folks seemed to be on Lyfe Jennings’ side, saying that the record is a classic and Muni Long is completely out of pocket. Peep some of their reactions below.
