The affidavit allegedly states that the suspect pressed a gun to the teen’s temple and made threatening statements. Before the shooting, the affidavit says the suspect reportedly pointed the weapon at all four teens and demanded their belongings. He also allegedly pistol-whipped one teen in the face, leaving him dazed while grabbing his jacket collar.
“[The victim] stated the suspect … pressed the muzzle of the pistol into [the victim’s] right temple,” according the affidavit. “[The victim] remembers the gun being cold as it made contact with his temple.
